The ONLY place in the lower mainland where u can get authentic Malaysian CNY goodies! Also one of the cleanest, brightest Asian grocery store in the area. Good service, clean place, great & authentic products from Malaysia. & lots of parking front & back of building.

Nanyang is a true gem of Fleetwood and is stuffed with incredible products at competitive prices. Try the Hong Kong BBQ stall at the far end of the aisles, and don't leave without a box of matcha latte powder!!!

Delicious roasted meat here. I’m so happy I came across this small supermarket and there’s a pretty decent selection of southeast Asian products I couldn’t find anywhere else like T&T.

Very wide varieties of Asian commodities not found on other groceries. It's a one stop shop to get all your items and prices are competitive and sometimes much cheaper than the competition. Staffs are friendly and courteous making you feel at home. Parking are abundant around the location and transport are very accessible to both private and public. Highly recommended place for your groceries and other household needs. Come check them out.

This is the most convenient Asian supermarket in the Fleetwood area and has the best selection of products. Despite the name, I wouldn't say it's only a Chinese supermarket; it's more pan-Asian as you can get all sorts of spices and snacks. Things can be a bit pricey at times, but worth it for the convenience and being able to check off a bunch of things at once. Definitely recommend coming here for your Asian goodies and groceries.

First time going there today and it brought me back home to Malaysia! So many things there that is from Malaysia. I bought a lot of items. Their BBQ pork was also delicious. Very friendly BBQ server. Lots of Chinese new year goodies that I grew up with and so many treats there that I haven’t seen since my childhood growing up in Malaysia. Even the music made me feel right at home. Will definitely be returning. Clean and highly packed supermarket.

Great to have a place in the lower mainland that imports SE Asian foodstuffs you can't seem to get anywhere else, particularly places like T&T. No need to order off Amazon now!

Always clean and organized. The staffs always smile and helpful. Not too big but they have what I wanted. Close by my place so pretty convenient when I need something. The vegetables are always fresh and looks nice. The prices are reasonable for me.

The staff that work here are all very nice, the prices are quite nice too. I often come here to buy the Korean cold noodle pack because its really good. But on July 28th, I purchased one of them and some of the packets inside were already open and consequently I couldn’t use the product.The overall shopping experience was great and I can’t give a bad review about it. But I tried to contact here and my call was ignored 5 times. I don’t have the best means of getting to the store and honestly I feel small trying to make calls just for a refund on a $7 item.Ill probably give this place another try, its not a bad store. But this one experience I will remember.
