I can't say enough about working with Alex. She is a delight, a wonderful collaborator, and a super organized planner! I TRULY wish I'd had someone like her back in 2008 when I was planning my own wedding. As a photographer, I can 100% testify to the fact that she's an absolute DREAM.

Alex & her team are the fantastic to work with. As a venue coordinator it was great to have them on our property. They were thorough and respectful to our team and we all worked well to make it as drama free and smooth for the client as possible. Alex's communication leading up to her (and our) client's wedding was timely and complete in her answers. I would HIGHLY recommend her and her team to my clients who inquire about hiring a planner.

This post can be summed up in a few words, “My wedding wouldn’t have happened without Alex!” My groom and I were dealt some pretty unlucky cards in 2020, Alex stepped in and handled everything. From all the small details, to finding a replacement photographer the morning of my wedding when my original photographer ended up in the ER. She deflected every problem before I even knew about it. She was in constant communication with us and our wedding party to ensure every wrinkle was smoothed out before our big day. We had multiple people comment on how well she did, how friendly she was, and how professional she presented herself. You will not be disappointed if you choose to have Alex as your event planner. She was hired as our wedding coordinator and grew to become our friend. We are so grateful for her and for all she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

There are not enough words to express our gratitude for Alex and her team at All of the Above Weddings. We can’t tell you how many people have commented on our wedding; one person saying it was “classy, timeless, and elegant”. There is no way the day could have happened without them. They helped us create a vision for the day and turned it into a reality. Additionally, Alex and her team were dependable and trustworthy from the very beginning. From the beginning they were prompt and through with communication, it consistently blew my mind how quick and proactive they were with communication while in the planning stages. The weekend of our wedding (we had a mini-destination" wedding weekend) they kept everything on time

When planning your wedding, Look no further than Alexandra and Julia at All of the Above.As a venue, not only do we require a day of coordinator, but highly encourage couples to have a planner on their side to ensure all details are taken care of. We have to deal with a lot of vendors, (good and bad) including planners, and can definitely say that having a great one is so very important - and All of the Above nailed it. They were on top of everything to ensure that everything was taken care of.With our most recent wedding, it was not ideal weather to compete with, however, these ladies sure knocked it out of the park to make sure that the event went as smooth as possible!

Alex from All of the Above was SO helpful in planning our wedding. She was incredibly flexible and organized. Alex patiently answered our many questions in the days leading up to the wedding and made time to meet virtually to finalize last minute details. She made sure the day of our wedding went smoothly and was so kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process! All the Above also helped us organize our brunch the day after the wedding, and played a huge role in communicating with vendors. We are so grateful! We had the most amazing experience working with All of the Above. Alex and Alena are truly the best! Throughout the wedding planning process Alex was there to assist and answer any questions we had. Do your wedding day self a favor and hire All of the Above! Alex and her team went above and beyond to make our day incredibly smooth so we could be fully present and soak in each and every detail. From the very beginning, Alex was a major resource for us by helping us find LGBTQ+ inclusive vendors in a fairly conservative area. She always remained positive with a “can do” attitude to make our wedding day everything we have dreamed of. We hired All of the Above for month and day of coordination which was super helpful to have her help leading up to wedding day. She provided an extensive checklist and helped us stay organized and on pace for wedding planning.As with any wedding, things certainly did not go as planned but Alex made sure we didn’t feel an ounce of pressure.1. My wedding dress zipper broke when putting it on right before first looks, her and her team stitched me right in with their emergency sewing kit.2. We were sent the wrong head tablecloth in a color that did not go with our theme. Alex helped us pivot and created a head table that exceeded our own expectations. The display was so beautiful it made us love our set up even more than what we thought was our “dream head table”.3. The caterer was supposed to provide plated meals to my wife and I as well as our bridal parties. When the caterer dropped the ball, Alex and her team stepped right in to serve us plated meals and keep the timeline flowing.4. The caterer was supposed to provide my mom with an allergy friendly meal which they failed to do. Alex stepped right in to inform me and ask if her team could pick up a meal nearby for my mom. They did so without a hitch and my mom LOVED what they got for her.Aside from All of the Above problem solving so seamlessly, they kept our wedding on pace in a stress-free fashion. Their attention to detail was unparalleled. We can’t imagine what our wedding day would have been without Alex and her team, however, we know for fact that we would not have enjoyed it near as much. One of the best financial decisions we made for our wedding and would 1000% recommend All of the Above for your wedding planning needs!
