I was having a lot of shoulder pain to the point where I couldn’t move my upper body and I am very physical in my day to day job. I contacted Rebecca and she got me in so very quickly with RMT Dianna who was just lovely. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and when the session was over, I felt brand new and could go back to teaching feeling renewed and regaining a fair range of motion in my shoulder again. Thank you so much for your kindness and for all that you do. You made this teacher’s day!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Thank you Kate! If someone is looks for a mental and physical break I highly recommend the ionic foot bath, followed by reflexology and reiki!

I thought I will never find a therapist in Woodstock, like what I used to have from my local therapist in Fort McMurray .From the very start to finish you were spot on. I went today for a reflexology session and it was amazing. Brought up a few tears, but it was just the right amount of pressure. Not too intense. My feet are definitely feeling a little happier . Thankyou.will probably need a second appointment
