I received a requisition for bloodwork, EKG and xray. Despite calling, leaving messages, emailing and filling out the online form, I could not get an answer or my results. Your health is important, go to a different clinic.

There is no walk-in office here??

Definitely one of the best family doctors. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Caring and empathetic. Makes referrals when necessary. I would highly recommend

Don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews. This place is great! Wait time is ONLY a few mins. Went around 5 40ish Thursday and there’s no one waiting. The doctor has over 30 years experience. You can’t go wrong with this clinic.

Waiting for over an hour and the doctor no where to be found . Not here yet . Coming from Scarborough when asked. How can you operate and advertise for a walk in clinic when actually just a secretary on site.Total four patients waiting that are waiting with me. Horrible service so far as a first visit. Let's see how much longer.........☹☹☹Finally the doctor showed up and said he was stuck in traffic. I took my prescription but honestly that wasn't a good impression for a first visit.

Horrible doctor! Dr. Ravindran made it very apparent that he was not interested in his patients. He did not make eye contact at all with us during the entire appt. He was literally typing with one finger into the patient's notes and not only did he make many spelling errors but he did not listen at all! He needs to retire. His solution for persisting chronic migraines causing disability in work is to PRESCRIBE Advil 400mg.... you can buy this at Shoppers Drug Mart!! He clearly just wants money. Disgusting. When other issues were brought up, they were disregarded as not serious". Sadly this is one of the only clinics accepting new patient's in Durham but you're better off going to the hospital or anywhere else. Very disappointing."

Writing review to include the doctor's hours which are totally different from the pharmacy hours:Mon/Wed/Fri: 1pm - 6pmTue/Thur: 12pm - 4pmSat: 12pm - 3pmThis will be my first time here, fingers crossed he's good!

The worst Dr ever. Only use if you need a letter, referral or prescription. Other than that, it’s not clean, not professional, and who even can figure out the hours.

Warning: at the time of writing this review, this clinic is not accepting new patients as they are advertising.Went in to the walk-in clinic on a Saturday that they advertise they’re open from 9:30-4pm, and they tell me the doctor isn’t in until 2pm. Annoying, but no problem I don’t mind waiting and coming back. Then I ask how long is he staying ‘till and they asked me: “are you new?”, I said “yes” then they told me “well he’s not accepting new patients, sorry.”No point in going here they won’t do anything for you apparently.
