Eduardo provided excellent service. He delivered on his promises and I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend I.G.S. Systems.I was skeptical ordering a computer online from another city but the packaging was excellent and they offered a 1 year warranty on my system. What more could you ask for? Excellent value and service.Just a note, they were quite busy as they deal with a high volume of products. Be patient. It was worth it.

High level, knowledgeable computer support. Have recommended their business to many. Great supply of MAC laptops and desktops. Also, a wide variety of PC's - refurbished, but good as new and half the price. I applaud the owner, Eduardo, for providing Toronto with this outstanding business!

Just wanted to give a shout out to IGS Systems, a computer store in my hood. They've been in business for over 20 years and I've watched Eduardo and his father Osvaldo grow from a small shop to a large retail and wholesale enterprise. Even though Eduardo now deals with large companies he has never lost his customer first approach to anyone walking into his shop. Case in point, I walked in today with a broken laptop (no internet) and within 2 hours it was as good as new.Thanks Eduardo!

I can't think of any place better to bring my sick comp for repair.These wonderful people (family owned for many years) are honest and reliable. Stay away from this place, terrible service, and incompetent people.I would give this place zero stars if this was possible.Dropped off my high-end gaming laptop because of the hard drive issues. They could not fix anything, took a week to tell me that they could not do anything.Gave me back my laptop with scratched and with missing screws, and they lost my original laptop cord/adaptor.Instead of buying a proper original part replacement, gave me a cheaper knockoff cord with slightly different power setting, and told me it will work fine. It did not work fine it all, it fried my motherboard within a couple of months.I had to replace the entire $2000+ laptop due to their utter incompetence.Update....You ask me to email you directly so I did months ago, and obviously got no response back at all, as expected......... you must lose a lot of things that people give you if you do not even remember me calling you about 10 times about this missing power cord, when it happened..

This is one of the best businesses I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Eduardo and his team are professional and courteous but also incredibly knowledgeable and competent. The level of service I have received time and time again is literally unparalleled.Their prices are excellent and even when they are absolutely slammed, they somehow manage to get the job done in good time.Only a fool would shop elsewhere!
