Batten Lane Developments

We bought a home built by Batten Lane Developments August 2022. It is truly a beautiful and well built home. Brittni and Spencer put their heart and soul into the construction of this house. The quality of construction, tasteful decor choices and the care put into completing the finishes, are second to none. I really love the handmade tile, white oak floors, reclaimed wood mantle and plaster finish on the fireplace and range hood. The tile installation is perfection. Any small issue that has come up has been resolved promptly. If you are looking to build your dream home I would highly recommend building a custom home with Brittni and Spencer. You won’t be disappointed.
