Love this place! The dog wash stations are a must, and they provide shampoo and towels. Staff is friendly and helpful. They also have a groomer. And… they recently brought in a new store greeter… see the photo ❤️❤️❤️

This review is concerning the Groomer Jaydnn not the staff who are always helpful and friendly. First of all Jaydnn's work area is disaster. She does not clean, sweep or disinfect her tools between dogs. Today she cut my dogs nails to the quick and didn't tell me. I didn't notice until we left and she was crying and limping. I called and all that she had to say was sometimes that happens, no apology or suggestions on what to do now. I do not recommend this groomer.

The staff are always so friendly and willing to help. A good selection of products and our pup loves getting a bath at their washing stations.Had to update: an Easter bath for our pup - and took advantage of the Easter pros and backdrop

We just dropped in with our timid little min-pin/chi cross for a nail trimming.Nail trimming is not something that we are very comfortable with, or necessarily good at, in our household so finding a place like Pet Valu where we can just walk in any time and have someone as competent and helpful as Jaydyn (not sure of the spelling!) is a great find for us.Jaydyn was great and the rest of the staff on site were super friendly and helpful as well.

We have been taking our two small dogs to Jaydn for grooming since shortly after the store opened - she always does a great job and the dogs really like her. They go trotting happily to the back of the store to see her which is a big change from the way they reacted to their last groomer!

The staff are friendly and helpful, lots of stock and selection, and has a self dog-wash option for $12.

The Riverbend store is a wonderful place to bring your pet, overall staff is friendly and helpful and cleanliness shines throughout the atmosphere... I shop here all the time and recently visited the groomer (again) to get a full head to toe cut and trim for our dog...Jayden is fantastic and I no longer would go anywhere else for grooming services, she connected with our little guy right away and her demeanor with the animals is like no other I've seen or found. Although our dog has to be dragged into the back of the store once realized it's not a food day he doesn't put up that much of a fight when being handed off, and he comes out looking like a superstar and better than we envisioned!A big job well done, your service and expertise is highly recommended to anyone looking for someone to pamper their baby with the understanding our pet is our family...Sanderson will be back! XO

Staff is very friendly and its a great place to bath big dogs!✨

I was a terrible dog wash client and completely clogged the drain of the bath with mud and rocks! The staff came and unclogged the bath and helped me get my pup back in the basin! I came late on a Saturday on Easter long weekend and they were so attentive when I felt so embarrassed. Thank you so much to the kind staff at this location :)

Love the dog wash and friendly staff. My pups are noisy when it comes to being washed and the staff there were great and super helpful.
