I am a patient of Dr. Maria Yu's and I couldn't be happier. I made the decision to move to her practice when my daughter was born 3 years ago so our family would be seen by the same person. She has been so sweet, caring and supportive throughout the first three years of babes life. We have required referrals to specialists and lots of follow up appointments. Through out COVID, I have struggled with my mental health and Maria was always available to speak with me and even followed up to ensure I was OK. Recently I had a traumatic injury and I just got off the phone with her for my 4th follow up. She spent extra time today, speaking with me about my struggles and my anxieties. I have never felt rushed or as if she needed to move onto her next patient. I am so appreciative of her as my family doctor. She is willing to fill in as many forms as possible to ensure we are all seen by the right specialists. Thank you to the entire team at Ajax Harwood Clinic. You are all amazing and wonderful!

I have been a patient of Dr. Watsons for many years, and I have never had a better doctor ever. He is kind, supportive and very thorough. There have been so many times when my needs were very high, and he has always always cared about how I felt. I’m so very grateful to call him my doctor. In a time when health care is such decline, to find a doctor who treats the WHOLE PERSON, is exceptional, and that’s Dr. Watson!! EXCEPTIONAL!!!

I've never ever had a doctor that not only makes me feel comfortable about any issues I've had, he never makes me feel rushed, pushed or stupid. I'm 62 and I wish I had this Dr. Years ago. I can also not say enough about all the staff as well. Fantastic office all around. Thank you to you all.

Im actually gonna explain out my familys and my situation.. I was Dr Carlos Yu's patient for the first 12 years of my life . ( Kenneth Farquhar ) . When I moved away , it was far enough that with all the issues I had I needed a doctor close. switched... :( . How ever !!! My mother Donna still remains his client. My aunt Shirly (many that read this will remember her) worked at the front desk for 20 years or more ..R.I.P Even being a enployee for the Yu's she song praises. This is a great couple. NOWWW!!! for the good stuff. My mothers 60 and still works her @$$ of at a nursing home. One time she couldnt get an appointment and saw a W.I.C doctor for a pain in her back. Instantly putting her on Opiods?!!? He got her in there ( told her '' bring the meds ') and fired them right in the garbage!! That in my humble opinion is heroic in its self but he wasnt done yet. He layed her out a diet , brought her to an invite only Wellness sessions . Explaing '' a little pain is good'' and pointing her towards a better diet and kale shakes !! Not near enough Doctors today tell there client '' sorry no pills, diet exercise and natural stuff. Iv always tolk my mom. stretching and light excercise will fix your back if with it you eat proper. This is my chance to thank him. Thanks doctor Yu. Moms my world. Keep her in ours as long as possible, infinite health to you and your family sir. you deserve it!!!

Absolutely love Dr Maria Yu ,so personable and thorough, she is amazing and remembers things to make you feel like not just a number 10/10!! I wish I could give more stars !

The doctor is very very nice, she is the best family doctor. The person at front desk is not so nice though. I believe she should be fired. I came to get flu-shot here today(2017-11-30) at about 15:40. I said good afternoon to her, told her that I want to get a flu-shot. She dismissively told me this is not a walk in clinic, I can get my flu-shot at he pharmacy. I told her I am a patients at this clinic. She said then you have to make an appointment with the doctor". I could not believe the way she treat me

I have been a patient of Dr. Carlos since I was about 10, so about 20 years. I think he is a good physician (when he listens and doesn’t advise eating more spinach for every medical concern), but he’s clearly gearing up for retirement and trying to make his patients drop him one by one.Not only is it impossible to phone into the office - the phone service will ring twice and then tell you to call back during business hours with no options to leave a message. I went in this morning to try and see someone about a medical concern that I have been trying to make an appointment about for about two weeks, only to be told that no one could see me (empty waiting room but full complement of receptionists and nurses) and to come back for the walk-in that evening. Oh, and also Dr. Carlos doesn’t take appointments anymore - use his walk in clinic hours instead.The staff is all new, and the new intake receptionist is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. You would do well to avoid this clinic.

Must be the worst office to make appointments or even get a hold of anyone. Not the fist time I've tried to call. Phones open at 9an call repeatedly for almost 40 min and then less often until 1pm and everytime goes straight to an automated message to try back again, they don't appear to have the capability to be put in a call cue and seems as though their system can only handle one call at a time. Then at some point around one the message switched to we're closed.It literally takes me weeks to get a hold of anyone EVERYTIME I TRY, no one ever answers, no machine to leave messages on. No way to initiate contact whatsoever. I work in a different doctor's office and this is completely unacceptable, and now you have convinced me to find a new doctors office. And if google would allow it a zero star rating is all I'd feel comfortable leaving

I have been a patient of Dr. Maria's for years. She is caring, listens thoughtfully, answers all of my questions and explains test results thoroughly. Her staff are phenomenal! I appreciate everyone here so very much! Special mention to Jamie, keep being you! Top notch care. Thanks Dr. Yu and staff, you are very appreciated, adored and respected

Both my husband and I were fortunate to be patients of Dr.Watson upon retirement of our longtime family physician. Always able to get timely appointments and treated with utmost respect. He went above and beyond inInformation knowledge and care.
