Was there for the first time today, we came from our G8 meet. Figured on 15 people, we had 35. Filled the place, it was hectic, but the owner showed up to help. Extremely professional the way they handled everything. For that alone I would recommend this place. However, the food. Seriously the best wings and ribs I've had in a long time. Absolutely loved everything, the pulled pork was on point, the fries were extra crispy. Will definitely be back as often as I can. Highly recommend

Awesome little spot. We went for the first time dine in experience and they did well! The food was cooked perfectly, the sauces they offer are also great. The fries are crispy and costco similar taste. We had the Monday special and it was enough for 2 people and more. We had to pack the left overs which serve one more person. Thank you guys! Keep up the hard work we definitely come back again.

Amazing BBQ. A bunch of us came here after a Car Meet. We told them it would be about 15 people but it ended up being twice that number and they were still able to accommodate us quickly and without issues.The food was amazing. Portions are big, food was flavourful, hot, ribs and wings were perfect. The prices are fair in my opinion. I’ve seen more expensive places and I’ve seen some a bit cheaper but quality for the price is worth it.The atmosphere is quite cramped I will say, it’s tucked in the corner of the strip mall; you’d never know it’s even there. The inside was awkwardly shaped as well but not much they can do about it. At least there’s tons of parking in the strip mall.

Been looking for a good place to pick up take out from during this pandemic. Big Bone may be taking top prize for best take out that still tastes great when you get home. The portions are huge - very much what you expect from a BBQ place! The flavours were amazing. Ribs were great, wings were awesome, fries were great and then the coleslaw and beans were good too!We were very pleased with our meal tonight and I'm sure it'll hold up well for left overs tomorrow as neither of us came close to finishing!!Looks and tastes exactly like BBQ should.

Amazingly friendly service on the phone and in person, but let's cut to the chase here:We had a party pack 3, which I was nervous about, since there were 6 eaters (but really about 4.5 full-sized appetites). There was no cause for concern, however; we had a half-rack of ribs and a handful of wings left over. Feeding a family of 4.5 for $95 (plus tax n tip) is ridiculous, so there's really not much room for complaint (NB: the price has not affected my rating at all since I was one of the freeloaders at the party anyway).Two of us felt the cornbread was the highlight, one voted for the fried wings (arguably better than the smoked wings), but obviously they're all wrong - the ribs with the spicy BBQ wing sauce were clearly the winners here!There were no complaints about the beans or the cole slaw, but come on. Who's going to rank sides above the ribs; am I right, or am I right?Next time, I want to try the Southwest poutine or the brisket cheese steak. Both seem to be dangerous twists on absolute classics, but something tells me I wouldn't be disappointed.PRO TIP: We noticed that there was a sign advertising their beef ribs, but they aren't on the menu. If you're phoning in an order, make sure you ask if they are available, since they're not a guaranteed option!

Absolutely amazing experience. We've been long time customers of Big Bone, been lots of times to Newmarket branch, tried Whitby today and they are GREAT, the staff are very polite, friendly and professional. We were greeted and taken care of the whole time. Food was PERFECT, everything we asked for was done, they've even accommodated our special requests. We had wings, ribs, nachos, pulled pork and chicken fingers, all tasted GREAT, we even got to have extra sauces. Loved the experience and will DEFINITELY be back.

I’m always nearby this place, so I decided to finally give it a try. Been here a few times now and their BBQ is amazing! What finally sold it to me were their Pull-pork pig skins. The baked deep fried potato skins provided the perfect crunch and their pulled pork is packed with those delicious BBQ flavours. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve always been greeted with a warm welcome!

EDIT: 5/5Seriously uncontested for the best wings & poutine. I've tried every damn shop in the area and big bone is way ahead of the game with both! They've fixed the wait times a lot and have excellent pre-order times now!-------OLD 2/5 REVIEW:Best wings I've ever had! Sadly as others have pointed out the order times have been horrendous. I waited in the blazing sun for 1hr 30min AFTER I pre-ordered...

Best beef ribs in town. The smoked wings and beef ribs every Wednesday never disappoint. Ask for a side of their signature BBQ sauce. Plus excellent service to boot.
