Great store with outstanding service! I've been coming to Ford Machinery for several months and as an amateur woodworker, the owner has worked closely and patiently with me to educate and inform me on machinery, safety, assembly, calibration, etc.I was looking for a one-stop shop where I could have a relationship with them to help me on my woodworking journey/addiction. Really glad I came here. I was able to purchase a full range of equipment, from high end stuff (Powermatic, SawStop) to everyday stuff. They also have an extensive selection of used machines and tools, so I was able to pick up a heavy duty mobile base at a great price.They have patiently supported me from sales through to delivery (finding me specialized riggers to help move the equipment into the basement) to setup (I came in with a question yesterday and they immediately got on the phone with the manufacturer to help solve my issue) to daily use (I ask a lot of newb questions).Its a pleasure to come to the store, and if they know I'm coming, the owner will greet me while proudly wear a hat with the flag of my home country and have a few bottles of my favourite ginger pop waiting at the counter.

Outstanding service! Rob and his team are exceptional. Had a small problem with a piece of equipment post delivery and it was resolved immediately beyond my expectations. Would recommend Ford Machinery without hesitation.

What a bunch of thiefs here. Don't buy anything from there, it either comes from the dump or china with no instructions.Beware

A very impressive stockpile of machines and parts that cannot be found anywhere else in the GTA. The owner has an impressive level of knowledge. It is delightful. (note: there are two different storefront units and one may appear empty during business hours)

buyers beware they will cheat you for your money stupid customer service never honors their warranty

By far the nicest place to get equipment for woodworking. Kind and caring staff go all out to make sure you’re beyond satisfied, leaving you wondering how soon you’ll be able to come back. If I could rate higher I would!

Rob the owner sold me a new drill press that was defective. He was $40 cheaper then Atlas tools and told me that he would give better service at the time of purchase. When I tried to use the machine it did not work. I live 50 km away and ask him to come and pick it up and service it and fix it. He said he wouldn't, okay he told me that I would have to take it there and I told him that costs money and time. But he said don't worry I will take care of you. The drill press came in I came to pick it up and I saw a used vice for 20 bucks and asked him if you would my just throw that in for my expenses going there on the drill press he sold me. He would not do that he owes to cheap and this is not very good customer relations I will never go back there again. He is getting old and I don't think he remembers his comments. What kind of a businessman would ask for $20 on a used vice after I had spent almost $100 going there and coming back and not having the use of this equipment when needed.
