So very helpfull, and so amazing very happy we went here to get stuff done absolutely the best I would give 10 stars if I could

I took time off work to have some legal documents signed as they said they would be able to do it no problem. When he looked over it he said he couldn’t do it as he said needed an hour and a half to go over it and that there was no time today. Before that I just previously overheard the secretary say on the phone to another client that he was free for the next 2 hours or so. I had stressed to him as well that I needed it done ASAP. I went to another place and the lawyer had me in and out in 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time with them as they don’t have your best interest.

Let’s talk about being discriminating and racist behaviour from the lady at the reception. I had an appointment today for my dad and my partner took my dad to his appointment and the lady at the front was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Can’t wait people like this still exist in this day and time. The appointment was at 2:00PM today, Nov. 8. Highly suggest not to go there and save your money and go somewhere else. Please sit down your staff and give them a seminar on how to do customer service. VERY VERY disappointed!

Absolutely terrible. Very inexperienced. Do not waste your time with these people. Went in to a have a signature notarized on a simple patent assignment, and no one could understand the document. Worst notary I have been to.The reply that was sent has false information. The document was well understood. The interpretation of the information being disclosed to this notary was flawed. The reviews speak for themselves. The document was notarized by a more reputable notary in town.

A family member just had a very stressful and nasty experience with Ms. Caisley at this location. I told them they should report the experience to the professional association, which I am sure they will do, but in the meantime I wanted to warn potential clients to be very careful. This place tried to charge them $4000 more than they were supposed to be paying because she messed up so badly and it took many calls from them and their representative to get it straightened out, and still a new problem arose after they thought it was all done because she still over-charged them. Her lack of knowledge and professionalism created a great deal of stress and that is unacceptable for someone in this position. She really did not seem to know anything about what she was doing and did not take any time to address their concerns with them (basically this is just the way it is") nor to explain their statement of adjustments

Awesome!!! We bought a property and the Notary Group was so on top of things- just over 2 weeks and it's all taken care of! Thanks for all your excellent work! Would defenitly recommend!!

They were very unprofessional in so many ways. Would never go back. The entire experience was incomprehensible.

Avoid this notary if you don't want your time wasted and hope to be treated with any respect. We now realize the negative reviews and low ratings are obviously very valid but we thought we'd give them a try anyway because of their location. We booked an appointment and clearly stated what legal document the notarization was for when we booked the appointment and also when we confirmed our appointment a day before, but when we arrived at our appointment the person at reception was confused crassly asked to see the document only to return saying they couldn't do it. Seriously, this was a basic document that simply required our signatures to be notarized - nothing complex. Even the law firm that drafted the document is perplexed as to why they couldn't do this simple task. Further, they had plenty of opportunity to confirm with us before our appointment if the document was something within their scope. The receptionist just basically shrugged and said nothing I can do". - completely wasting our time. No apology nor any alternative recommendations or help. Terrible experience. There are plenty of other far better notaries in this city that people should approach - avoid this one to spare yourself a poor customer experience."

This was the worst possible experience I could have had. I needed a simple one page document signed and notarized. I was immediately greeted rudely by the receptionist which set the tone for the visit. I needed to adjust 2 items on the document as I was using a template and asked the receptionist if this was possible. I was given a gasp and that this was going to be a big deal. I asked for an email address to send it to and after sending the document I had her respond every 10 seconds I haven't got it yet, I haven't got it yet. To speed up the process I asked for a sheet of paper (which I could have just grabbed myself as it was right in front of me) but instead I asked for it. Her response I guess I'll have to find that for you as well". So I asked myself is she just really busy? NO I was interrupting her bubble sorting game she was playing on her Ipad behind the desk. The email finally arrives (minutes later) and she proceeds to tell me she can't open the file. (it's a word document) Every computer in North America has Microsoft Word on it so that was obviously a lie. Realizing this is not happening with this woman as the receptionist I apologize profusely to the person I had meeting me there to sign the document and have to find another notary to go back to this week.1. Treated Rudely and like I was an idiot2. Didn't end up helping me at the end of the day3. 2 people have to reschedule their days to visit another Notary"

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I have sold and bought multiple homes in the past and this notary group is ....I don't have words to discribe how frustrating my experience with TNG STILL is. Possession date was June 1. The firm took a $ 500 deposit just in case I had unpaid utility bills (I never had to do that ever before) and 3. months later, I still have not gotten it back! During the process of selling the house, Logan, the person I dealt with, did not stay in contact very well, and I and my son had to remind him, if and when and where appointments to sign were actually set up or not and making arrangements to direct deposit the money into the account, seemed to be a difficult task as well. I have been leaving him messages, emails galore, contacted the other Kelowna office for support, the person there left 2 messages to get in contact with me, and admin, left notes in front of him He is very busy
