The worst service I have ever experienced while they keep trying to convince me they are the worlds largest provider and best in service.I was stood up the first appointment by a no show sales rep at our new business. I called to leave feedback about my less than happy experience and all I got was a sorry can we try again. I wasn't ready to try again right away, a few weeks later they contacted me and their rep in Calgary, called to ask about alarms being my file crossed his desk. I agreed to another meeting with him today and guess what??? A NO SHOW ONCE AGAIN! I hope moving forward ADT keeps what little customers they have left as they won't have me on their list of a customer.

ADT is a scam company that will bait and switch you into a cancelation fee free contract that magically becomes locked in after 6months (your dealer will not tell you this) at which point you are locked in for 5 years (LOL) will not work with customers AT all for covid release. Let's stand up to these companies by making them go out of business during the pandemic!!!

Over billing issues on top of services not active. It’s even worsened after Telus take over.Also had 2-3 false alarms going to police in the past so service isn’t reliable either.

Mark" came to our door yeaterday and today to get us to buy a security system in High River. Didn't take the 3 nos from my husband yesterday

Since Telus took over the company, ADT changed from a good reliable security company to where it is now. A one star rating does not give a true picture of the service Telus provides, I would give a lower rating if I could. My most recent experience with Telus started January 19, 2022 when I called for service due to to low battery warnings. An appointment was scheduled for January 21st, but nobody bothered to show up or call, I was just left waiting. I called to complain and reschedule the appointment, no explanation was given for why nobody bothered showed up. Service rescheduled for next business day and I was assured I would be the first appointment of the day and a technician will be at my home at 9:00 am. This time a technician did show up, but arrive at 4:00 pm. Next, the carbon monoxide detector started going off and needed to be replaced. I was talked into a new two year contract to avoid the high service charges. An appointment was scheduled for February 1st to replace the faulty CO detector and an outdoor camera. The appointment was scheduled for a 10:00 am and 12:00 pm window. Again nobody bothers to shows up or call. I call for an explanation but none was given. I asked to have my complaint escalated to management. Not sure why, but I did received 2 calls from Telus managers on February 3rd, who assured me they will look into my complaint and will be back to me by end of day. February 5th, still waiting for the return phone call from these managers looking into the complaint. The carbon monoxide detector and outdoor camera still not working. I have zero confidence the managers will call back and the issues resolved and have 10 days to cancel the new contract, which I will be doing on the next business day. This is just the latest of a long list of issues I have with Telus going back to 2013 when they called with a Customer Satisfaction survey when I was cleaning up after a flood.

ADT is the worst home monitoring company out there. I signed up 2.5 years ago and they promised the equipment sent will be new - it was old fashion dial in model. Got a SIM issue and this system keeps ringing by error. Technicians never sorted the problem. Ended up trashing it and still stuck with the bill for the full 3 years contract. I HATE ADT. I finally cancelled after 2 years and 9 months, and they STILL sent me a $100+ invoice. Please read my other review - I rarely give 1 star.

STAY THE HELL AWAY. I'd give 0 stars if I could. House had an intruder, they left me one voicemail. Did nothing. Mother in law showed up, they asked her for the password because she forgot the code, she didn't know the password. Got one missed phone call and an electronic voicemail. (not that I needed my mother in law kicked out). Called to Cancel, they laughed and forwarded us to a voicemail. This scam of a business needs to be shut down.

Well, ADT service team is the worst service team i have ever experienced. waited 40 mins to get a hold to their phone guy and he call his name is Mo. He asked my address and some other information then he start throwing some vague information to me and start emphasize this line is a emergence line. then he said have a good day then he hang up.what a service team.

Worst company ive ever dealt with. Their equipment doesnt work for our acreage and they want to charge us to cancel it.
