If I pick up the phone to call, he's literally always ready and willing to fix whatever plumbing problem I seem to have. Super trustworthy and honest, I can't imagine using anyone else! I found this company based on their positive reviews. I really wanted a small company, without the brand or franchisee name and I found that with plumbing authority. My husband is also in construction and he had been neglecting the septic for years. Thinking it was an easy gig. We originally called to get the septic cleaned. Once he got digging he realized where he thought the lid was ,wasn't the spot. The previous owners never showed us the lid and to be honest I dont think they even knew where it was. So we needed additional help and we kept calling for additional services. We felt bad because we had scheduled for a septic truck then needed to delay everything. The team that arrived was on top of their game and got straight to business. Found the lid and arranged to truck to come the next day but also gave us an inspirational idea of adding risers and lids. My main concern is I have 2 kids under the age of 3 that always run around outside. We also have lots of family and other children come over. We decided to go with service and let me tell you how much better I sleep at night knowing where the lids are and that my family and friends are protected and safe because of the clear visibility. This is a great organization , highly recommended

2nd time using Plumbing Authority. Excellent, prompt, courteous service. This time mapping out our septic lines. All the equipment and mapped out the lines easily. Highly recommended if you need plumbing work.

Outstanding response. Called around 7PM on a Thursday night - and Robert said he couldn’t promise to come Friday - might be Monday. We were leaving on a week’s vacation Monday morning - so on Friday morning Robert called, and said he would fit us in between 11AM and 1PM. He was at our door just minutes past 11AM. Dealt with a slowly-flushing toilet, and checked on our sump pump - very efficiently and professionally. I could not be happier with the responsiveness, professionalism, expertise and service. Highly recommend this company!!

I found Plumbing Authority on my neighborhood’s Facebook page and someone recommended Rob to me. The first time I called Rob was on Canada Day morning when I noticed my ejector pump overflowing! Being a long weekend, he still came to my rescue. In less than 24 hours, he solved my issues!! Wow…even on a long weekend I took my chances and I was impressed by his reliability. The second time I called Rob, it was a beautiful Sunday afternoon and I took my chances again and BINGO..I won again. This guy is amazing. Make Rob your future go to emergency plumber. I have contacted him twice and his professionalism has been consistent both times. His quick response and his honest opinions surely makes him on my A+ list of contractor recommendations. I highly recommend Rob and his team for any plumbing services you need.

My husband and I contracted Robert for a new septic system on our property and later in the year contracted him to do some underground sewer work and some well equipment repairs. He is awesome and we are very happy with his work. He took time to explain things, gave us ideas, always got back to us in a timely manner, was reasonable with pricing, on time with the project, and cleaned up after doing his work. Robert is very hard working and we would not hesitate to recommend him!

Kind, incredible service. This morning I woke up to a 4:30am phone from my tenant, informing me about a basement flood caused by a backed up sewage tank. I searched in a hurry for emergency plumbing services, and came across Plumbing Authority Inc. I called for service at around 5 in the morning and Robert promised service that day, and immediately arranged for my tank to be pumped before his arrival. By 2pm, Robert had completely finished the job. However, at 9pm this same day another problem with our plumbing arose, completely unrelated to the previous issue. After one phone call, Robert made his way to my home in less than an hour and entirely repaired the issue himself. To note, all of this service was done at a very reasonable price. I have been in the construction industry for 40 years, and I cannot remember the last time I got service as good as of Robert's. Thank you Plumbing Authority Inc!

Rob is a super nice guy and very easy to deal with. While he was first at our house for one issue, he diagnosed another potential problem and gave us a quote. Months later, after we ignored the potential problem and it became a real problem (as Rob said it would), we called him back without hesitation. He honoured his original quote and was clear about how and when the work would be done. He's the only call we'll make if we ever have a plumbing problem/need again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in need of a great plumber!

Rob attended my house twice. He was kind, direct and empowered me to start the process of thawing my laundry room pipes myself. He shared his expertise and a plan to solve the issues. He did not accept payment but told me he will return if I need further assistance in the future.
