More than a year with this agency. No intro webinar to what its area of specialty in job placement or who the staff are. Zero job alerts. You don't actually know your case managers and after awhile they seem to have left. In other words, in terms of human resource highly non-personable. It's mainly go check the website. Or I hope not, doing things in a way of closed circles.
