The work they do is good but the attitude of the lady in charge is TERRIBLE.She is so arrogant,rude and dominating.Would never go there again.Its so disgusting,the way they treat clients who are coming to them again appreciating their service.Its a shame that they don't value and respect their loyal customers.

I had Pauline as a hair stylist. She was very kind, took her time and made sure I was absolutely satisfied with her work. I have fine hair and had light high lights done, delighted with the results that my hair didn't feel dried up or damaged. She got my color perfectly and made me feel pampered and a very valued customer. I am 100% sure to have Pauline work on my hair again.

I needed a new salon after the Covid restrictions were lifted, this salon was recommended to me so I took a chance. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Judie. Not only did I get a great cut, but I also found a great salon, so I've now been there twice and plan to keep coming here. They're reasonably priced, super friendly. AND Judie is an excellent stylist.

Excellent salon, all the hairstylists are lovely ladies and they deliver only high-quality services. Highly recommend.

This beautiful salon in the heart of Dieppe is as fabulous as I had hoped. Judy was my hairdresser and did an incredible job, she suggested colors that came out beautifully and my cut was lovely. Also this salon does a great job with physical distancing. Super pretty inside with lots of parking. Judy is our hairdresser for our whole family now. While I was there everyone was busy. Make an appointment ahead of time and bring your mask.

I 100% recommand this place with this person! I am completely satisfied! Jaylee is the best if you want beautiful colors done the right way by someone who knows what they are doing! She is super kind as well! Beautiful place!(Update)(Keep in mind I washed my hair with super hot water and it still looked this bright)I went back for a refresh, I've always wanted a full head of blue hair and she made my dream come true! She literally has THE BEST colors ever! She is so nice that the whole time before I made the appointment for my refresh I was just trying to find an excuse to go back and sit in her chair.I love my hair!♡

I had dealt with your salon in the past and had excellent service with Jennifer. So I called the salon about 1 week ago as I wanted a drastic change. I told the girl that I wanted a stylist that was good at recommending styles. The lady said she would check with the stylists to see if any were able to accommodate my schedule ( I preferred laye afternoon or weekends) she called back after 10 minutes and said non of the stylists there would be able to take me. Fast forward week and my mom calls me to say that she has an appointment with Pauline and Pauline is able to take me on the Saturday. I get there today ready with a picture of what I want. Now I am not a stylist and am ot the type of person to spend too much time on my hair. I want a short hairstyle that is wash n go. I show her the picture, she barely looks at it and cuts my hair. All along I keep telling myself that once she styles them it will be better. NOPE. When I asked her if it was the same cut she told me well I can't do that cut it won't turn out like that. Nothing is wash n go. I get out of there with a helmet hair looking style. Not only did I spend 50$ for a cut I hated I then had to go somewhere else to try to salvage it to something half decent. I do not recommend Pauline at all.

Just had my roots done. Strawberry blonde to natural/grey blonde without bleach which is super hard because of my strong yellow undertone so I had low expectations as it would normally turn out yellow and need to be touched up again but the girls pulled it off from the first attempt and I can't be happier with the color! I'm sticking to this salon!

Lisa was the best, she did exactly what I want no problem! She's super friendly & talkative and I really enjoyed my time there! Prices are great too!

Hi, my name is sonali sharma and i came to you store on last thrusday 17 September,2020 to get my smoothing treatment done. It is my worst experience with you. As after 1 week i washed my hairs with the shampoo i bought from you guys and after i washed my hairs it was same like before what i had,so what is the fun of spending so much time and money on that. Then i called your store on friday ya and the girl pick up the phone i told her that i want to talk to the owner or manager she said we don’t have any manager and owner don’t have anything to do with it, it’s just us who’s gonna fix this. So she asked me who did my hairs i told her pauline and she said okay i will give you massage to her and she will get back to you. I gave my full name and phone number to her but till the date I didn’t get any phone call of any apology or like any kind of favour that you can do. Really very disappointed with this kind of service. So now what i want is either you fix my hair or gave my money back. And i think you should train your staff properly. She did my hairs very unprofessional. She cut my hairs dried didn’t wash and not even wet and then only one time she apply some kind of product on my hairs then blow dry it and straight. Which i think is not the right procedure to follow because i have smoothing treatment before also and they atleast put 3 times product to settle down the hairs for long time.
