everyone was very helpfull and got back to me asap when I needed help.

I had horrible experience in this location. There is this guy at the front desk that is obnoxious and super unpolite. I can't recall anyone with such attitude in the past 20 some years I have been in business. In my place he would be fired the very second he displayed such horrible attitude towards a customer that feeds him and the rest of the team. How hard it is to understand that his salary comes from all the customers that come in and buy the product. They lost our account but I wonder how many other accounts had they lost because of his animosity. We informed the manager but it is like talking to deaf person. Lame excuse that the head office keeps him and he has nothing to say. Great management. Way to go.

Same bad experience as Sanchez. Hard to buy from here as they actively try to hang up or promise a followup then nothing. I just wanted some aluminum channel.

Definitely won't be coming here unless it is the last resort. Been going here for a long time but they hired a new older lady at the front desk who is making mistakes left and right. I asked for a simple round bar, and she made me wait far too long just to give me back an angle iron, not to mention she didn't even give me the right amount of change back when I paid in cash until I told her. When I returned the angle iron and asked if she could tell me if another store has it in stock and is able to check, she lied to me saying its an item these stores typically don't have in stock (even though I've bought it multiple times) and that she is too busy and can't check right now". Clearly they're too busy for their customers so I'll be too busy shopping elsewhere."

Guys cutting in back, amazing. Front desk staff, need training. Not coming back.
