I chose Fred and his team at Rainbow Hardwood Floorrs based off his reviews and I was not disappointed. They did a fabulous job of refinishing the narrow strip oak hardwood in my 1950’s bungalow; they look so good now sealed with a natural satin oil I can’t stop admiring them. I was also moving in the same day they started the sanding process, and his team made accommodations in a very professional manner, thank you for that! I would definitely recommend Fred if you’re looking to get your floors done.

Fred and his team sanded the dark floors in our home creating a a beautiful lighter finish look that is fresh, crisp and a professional. The team worked long days to meet the promised deadlines. We received pictures often to show us the progress that was made throughout the project. Communications was great between us and Fred. We are thrilled with the finish look. Highly recommend Fred & his team.

Fred refinished our older hardwood floors, and some newer floors and both exceeded our expectations. We could not be more pleased. Fred spent a lot of time with us, and made sure we understood the process. He has a lot of knowledge, is super detailed, and meticulous. He takes pride in the work he does. We would highly recommend this company, for the quality of the work and the customer service. We can’t wait to have Fred back to re-finish some remaining floors!

Fred was professional, reliable, and did an excellent job on our floors. We had him refinish the entire upstairs and downstairs, and are so happy with the result! The project was done much sooner than we expected, with no compromise on the quality of the work they did. Fred hired another contractor, Jozef, to refinish and replace the post of our banister and we could not be happier with the transformation it did for our stairs!I have already recommended Fred to a relative who just had her place done by him, and I will be recommending him to friends and family in the future. Thanks Fred!

Fred and his team did an incredible job refinishing our original hardwood floors. The colour is incredible and consistent throughout. We chose 50/50 Dark Walnut and Provincial with a Matte finish. Couldn't be happier with how they turned out!

Outstanding work! So pleased with Fred and his team. Very professional and talented, always looking out for our best interest. We have very old hardwood floors with a walnut inlay. The previous owners had replaced some of the original wood with vinyl - Fred replaced it all, maintaining the integrity of the inlay design, stained with early american, then stain finish. We could not be happier with the outcome - it looks UNREAL. Highly recommend.

Rainbow Hardwood Flooring
We are so delighted with Fred's work on our original 100 year old oak floors, he was so accommodating and started for us on a Sunday morning in order to finish before we moved in. The floors were a dark stain and in very bad condition. After a few hours of sanding, we could see that Fred was bringing them back to life! They look incredible!! I highly recommend Fred to do his magic on your old floors!!!

Fred and his team did a fantastic job refinishing the oak floors in our new home. The floors had significant sun bleaching and some gaps around the fireplace. Fred's team sanded, stained and sealed the entire main floor, and fixed the gaps, in 4 days. And the floors are spectacular!! They did a great job on clean up, too. 110% happy! Thank you Fred!!
