Unfortunately, I did not receive the full laser hair removal treatment I paid for.Renu cancelled a number of my appointments last minute. On multiple occasions after a treatment she said she would “reach out to book an appointment when she had her schedule available” and then ghosted me for 2+ months. She moved her business (from office to her home) without communicating the change so I lost appointment time trying to find her location. Finally, in January I had an appointment (after not having a treatment since October due to “schedule closure”) and she texted hours before to say her laser machine had water damage ?? and said that she (again) would be reaching out to reschedule.It’s been 6 months and Renu/Artonomy has not sent any form of further communication - no attempts to reschedule, no offer of refund, and no update on whether or now laser treatments can continue.
