Great service and the guys there are very friendly and professional, I reached there half an hour after their working hours but they were nice to accept us and changed the oil and did all the checks. The prices are also very reasonable and they are warranty approved.

Got an oil change and they only put in oil didn't check nothing else. Didn't look at any fluids. Very disappointing will not go back and I've been going there for years.

Went in to have front wheel bearings replaced. Was told it would take 6 hours to do...everyone I've spoken to since says 2 hours at most. When we went to pick up the car, it wasn't done. We were told the support arms on both sides needed replacing and would run us another $650 above the bearings replacement. So, we gave them $800 and told them we'd be back in a week with the rest. Sent my boyfriend back a few days later to get a final total minus what we already paid. Boyfriend was told they replaced another part (without discussing it with me first) and that we owed $680 on top of the $800 previously paid and that it was all done and parked out back.. We went today to pay the balance and get the car. They refused to give us a receipt of any kind, claiming they'd have to charge us tax. So here we are, out $1480, with no proof of work done, no serial numbers from the parts, if anything goes wrong, we're back at square one. NOT happy at all! NOT going back even for an oil change! Thinking I might contact the Better Business Bureau, the City Hall business license office and possibly the CRA.

If you like getting ripped off this is the place for you. The prices for the same job changes the minute they have your car on the hoist. They confront you with a threatening demeanour and all surround you like a bunch of hooligans. Please do yourselves a favour and avoid them at all costs.

Quoted me a price and charged me more.I went in with a blown out front left tire and a broken tpms.Went there 3 days to get the sensor put on since they didnt have it.Ended up giving me a used sensor.For 1 front left tpms and 4 tire change. They charged me $205 cash with no reciept.

Came here to get my oil changed. Great service with Billy and AL. Also had a tune up on my vehicle. Had an issue with my car about a week later. Went back changed the part. Great experience

If you want to avoid a headache do not go here. I went in to get my tires replaced, I brought 4 tires in to be switched and balanced. I've never had a problem doing this at any other shop. I was there for 3 hours.The first 1.5 hours the worker comes out and says they can't get the new tire on the rim...half hour later...the tire machine is malfunctioning...last hour getting my old tires put back on to my rims. I will never use this place again. I had no choice to come here because my usual mechanic works mon-fri and I was going on a trip and found a set of tires that I wanted to be put on. 45mins is the most I've ever waited for tires to he put on!! I highly recommend California Auto Clinic/OK tire.

The owner is nice, we've had to replace our transmission and now brakes and he's been very transparent about prices. Recommend going here

My 10th visit for a Mobil 1 oil change. They use to be pros. But this time after providing my make & model 2 times they still did not have my 5w20 & switched me to a Valvoline synth ?". This was bought in an open jugs not knowing what I was getting. No receipt (Priner down ?) I think the large chain changers are more trustworthy."
