Amazing staff! I was in from out of town and stopped to get some arrows cut. Ended up buying some tips, and a sight as their prices were better than the big-box" store down the road. Super friendly and very helpful! Next time I'm in town we'll have to do the 3-D shoot."

2 stars instead of 1 only because of how kind and friendly the tech who helped me was, unfortunately the knowledge/experience wasn't there for a first time buyer like myself. Never got to shoot my bow in house for a proper set up and with it being my first bow, didn't know I should have. Upon going to another local shop I found out my set up was wildly wrong. The rear peep was wrong and the front sight was not geared towards target like I wanted. Draw length, weight, and let off needed adjustment. Let off stops weren't close to equal. 3 arrows (so far) were not properly glued after cutting, 2 of which the half outs and tips are lost in a target. Wish I could return it and start over elsewhere, $1500 purchase will end up costing me closer to 2k by the time I pay for the re-set up and losing money switching to appropriate accessories

Dale is amazing.. I sent my father with my son to get his compound bow restrung and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to help and make sure the bow was all set up. He was very knowledgeable and made sure he explained everything to them.

Guys who work there are nice enough. Not a big selection of products. Wanted to get another matching set of arrows--took what I had into the store, they said they had to order them. They came in and I went to get them cut and set up, they said they didn't have an outsert for the arrow that was on the shaft I gave to them to order new ones, then at the very end disclosed that all arrow sales are final, even before being cut down. More worth making the 70 mile drive to the archery shop in Jackson than the 5 mile drive here.

2 visits so far. Great place to shoot. 3D and target range. Everybody is friendly and helpful. My daughters Girl Scout troop is planning a meeting there for archery practice. I think the prices are $12 for an hour range time and 6-8$ to rent bows. You get 3 arrows. Thank you guys for having this great facility in my neighborhood. I also shoot at top gun next door and like it there. The attitude at big rock is relaxed and friendly.

I’m new to archery and Dale really helped me understand the basics of the compound bow. He also did an awesome job setting up PSE.

The Guys here are Amazing!!My 22yr old Son who serves in the military was home on leave before being deployed. We stopped here to see if we could have an outing with family during his last day in town. Man, did these guys go over and beyond everyone’s expectations, they even stayed open later just to accommodate us—Who does THAT?! My son thoroughly enjoyed his last day home and these guys made his last day very special! Can’t say enough of how pleased I was with their customer service.Rickey even threw in some comedy for free lolWhat a great time had by all!! I recommend this place to everyone. If nothing else, go because they guys really know how to treat people. We’ll be back, Thank you so much!!!

Tried to have them set up a new bow I bought my wife. When I went to pick it up the draw length was still 2 inches too long after they messured it and had the bow for two weeks. Arrows are leaving the bow sideways. It's been years since I've had work done on a bow but the last time I did the people I paid to do it were very good at it. I could have done a better job myself and now I guess I will have too since I'm stuck finishing what they didn't do correctly.

The staff at Big Rock is awesome. They have a great selection of products, and are able to set up a bow perfectly. The 3d range has a great selection of targets that you can move all the way out to 30 yards.

I've been here 4 or 5 times so far. These guys restrung my bow and did a great job. I bought a whisker biscuit from them a couple days ago, then went back today to shoot. For some reason between shots, the metal mount that holds the biscuit just broke right in half and fell off. They replaced it at no cost, then told me I could keep shooting until my arms fell off" due to the inconvenience and lost time out of the hour of shooting time I paid for. They have great customer service and they're always friendly. I'll keep coming back as long as they're in business."
