Great work done! Our commercial door wasn't locking properly due to the frame being out of alignment. They were able to do a temporary fix so we could lock up until they were able to return to complete the work. They did a great job fixing the frame and even took the time to clean up the area he was working in.Thank you so much!

I have used Versatile Door a few times over the years for repairs of my garage doors and have also picked up replacement remote controls from them. They show up when scheduled and the work is done well and is reasonably priced.

One afternoon my garage door made a bang sound and wouldn’t open, lady on the phone instantly identified what was wrong with it, gave me an accurate quote and sent someone by to fix it the next morning. He showed up on time, replaced the big spring in about 30 mins. Door now works. What more is there to say?

Dwayne the technician did an expert job and he explained to me what he was doing and why. He is very personable. He checked everything to do with parkade gate even replacing worn bolts and lubricating the raceways. When he left the gate was running smoother and quieter than it has for years. Versatile Door is A1 in my book.

We've been using Versatile Door Services for over 4 years now. We've have been a loyal customer, calling them whenever our garage doors malfunctions, and for the smaller issues they have been acceptable. However, our last encounter with them (larger problem), has been nothing but a headache.In December 2018 one of their employees came to our house to repair a garage door. After removing four screws from the back of the motor, and taking a peak inside, which took less than 5 minutes. The worker stated that our entire system need to be replaced and proceeded to spend the next 30 minutes selling the replacement system to us. In the end he stated that everything would cost approximately $650. When we asked him about payment for the work that he had performed that day, he said not to worry about it. When we called the owner Dan about an hour later, the cost of replacing the system had increased to $725, which included an $110 charge for the 5 minutes of work, even when the worker told us not to worry about it. We will pay Dan the $110, but needless to say, we will go to another company regarding further garage door problems.I would not recommend using Versatile Door Services. There is minimal communication about pricing between the owner and the workers. If you have a serious problem with your door, they will charge you the full price for the repair (fair), and the time it takes them to sell you the fix.
