Overall this could be the best option in SFU, lunch buffet 10 CAD per person, food is not that much, but quality is good, restaurant have a decent view. Way better than residential dining hall!!!The downside is, there is a server, from HongKong, with heavy cantonese style english, is extremely rude and radical toward Asian customers. Would strongly suggest to turn away, and if she serves you, and say , you ruin my appetite

Amazing lunch buffet that is covered under the Sfu meal plan... Every week there is a different theme, but all of them beat the dining hall hands down. It is wheelchair accessible and has one of the most amazing views on campus. All that combined with very good staffing makes the DAC the best place to eat lunch on weekdays.

I can't say enough good things about Vivian and the Diamond Alumni Centre! The DAC was the first and only venue we looked at for our wedding. The price was really good for anyone who is an SFU alumni, and we knew the gorgeous space with all those windows and wood beams would be perfect. We booked it right away. From start to finish, Vivian was a saint. She answered every question I had really quickly, and even sent extra documents and information to better help us understand how everything was going to work. She sent us an estimate as to how much the total would be for the day, and the final invoice was almost identical, which was extremely helpful and eliminated a lot of stress from our budgeting. She clearly takes a lot of pride in her work, as she should, because she's really good at it!Everything worked out perfectly. The venue is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the staff are all incredibly friendly. On our wedding day, Vivian was there and made sure she came to say hello to us personally and congratulate us. Thank you so much to Vivian and the rest of the DAC staff, you made our wedding truly unforgettable!
