Such a great team!! I stop by for walk In about piercing inquiries and they were knowledgeable and wonderful! Answers all my questions with relevant information! Overall it was an amazing experience!

My son wanted to get his ears pierced for his 7th birthday, and I ended up picking out this place because it had great reviews and fair prices. Upon arriving, it was a very welcoming and friendly vibe, both girls at the front desk were very nice and informative. Sarah was the one who pierced my sons ears (he’s a very shy kid) but she made sure that he was comfortable and took her time with him. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and will probably make a trip back there eventually for myself!

I took my younger sister for her birthday to get her ear lobes pierced.Sarah was so friendly, my sister had taken to her, I was surprised by her calm and understanding response, anyone else might not have been able to deal with a child.Not only was the piercing well priced and done perfectly, evenly. Sarah was able to play around and talk her through her fears so she could get through the experience.My sister would go again, and so would I.

Sarah the piercer is a saint for calming you down before a piercing. She makes you feel at ease and calm & doesn’t rush you if you need a moment to collect yourself.Thank you so much for an amazing experience!!!

Amazing shop! Very clean space & all of the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable and great at what they do! I had my nipples re pierced here and she was so gentle and she did a perfect job, I was very impressed with the overall experience and how welcoming all of the staff were:) I booked a tattoo appointment on my way out for the next day and the artist did an absolutely amazing job! Overall clean and welcoming environment, couldn’t have asked for a better experience:) I highly recommend this shop for both piercings and tattoos. Will be coming back in the future for sure!

I went to get my septum pierced here a little over a month ago. The piercer did not feel my nose to make sure I had the right anatomy or didn’t find a sweet spot or anything like that. I went to get the jewelry changed at another shop and they said they pierced through my nose cartilage and I have to take out my septum piercing to get it to heal over because it’s in the completely wrong spot and if I left it in I’m at risk of damaging my cartilage even more.Maybe it was the piercer’s off day and they made a mistake but I now have to wait 2-3 months for it close over, and then pay for the piercing again. I’m not happy with my experience and the fact I now have to pay for a whole piercing again because of the mistake made here.

i went with a friend when they got their septum pierced. the piercer didn’t even check anatomy and didn’t even try to find the sweet spot. this lack of trying to find the proper place of where to pierce ended up with my friend finding out that the piercing shattered their cartilage when they went to another studio the get thier jewelry changed.their prices were absurd as well! it was something like 130$ for my friends septum piercing and jewelry. they didn’t even offer a basic jewelry for the piercing which would make it less pricey. when i got my septum done at a different studio it was around 60 for my septum to be pierced with basic jewelry.

Great experience! Friendly + helpful staff and clean + welcoming environment :)Got a double helix piercing done by Sarah and it went great! Very informative on aftercare and on any questions I had. I was also given an aftercare instruction sheet which is great to look back on since my memory isn’t too goodWould go again for future piercings!! :)

I had my conch done today with Sarah at the new location at Conestoga Mall and the whole experience was easy! I loved that I could book my appointment online and complete the waiver ahead of time. When I went in today for my appointment, not only were Sarah and the rest of the staff professional and easy to talk to, but it was a super painless (as painless as piercings can be anyway), and a quick process from start to finish. They have you pick out your jewellery and pay before, so you can leave as soon as you’re ready after the actual piercing gets done. Sarah informed me of her recommendations for proper aftercare and I left today feeling extremely well cared for. 10/10 recommend going to Sarah for all your piercing needs!Edit: I recently went back to see Sarah to get my daith pierced and she did a great job again! The staff are all consistently professional and offer excellent service. Both times I went I booked in for their $30 piercings on Wednesdays, this helps make getting pierced more affordable!
