Paul was very personable, knew his stuff and never rushed me or tried to sell me something I didn’t need. You can see that he cares about his customers. I am a Battery Battery customer from now on.

Quick and friendly service, has a large assortment of batteries for many needs. I've dealt with them many years ago and they didn't have the battery I needed however were able to order it for me. The store is now twice the size though. Went in for batteries for a motor home and left with them right away. Both gentlemen who helped me were kind enough to both carry the batteries to and from my vehicle. Was able to return old batteries for money in return. You can also bring used batteries of all kinds for recycling through them. The store is also well equipped for Covid including masks, sanitization, shield at the cash and only allowing one customer in the store at a time.

Great first experience at battery battery. Super helpful and informative. Definitely be back to upgrade my solar system.

I am relatively new to Timmins and I needed to replace batteries for my Makita drill a year ago. A colleague told me to check out Battery Battery. Great advice as they had the batteries in stock and the price was very reasonable. Fast forward to this past week when I was having issues with my Polaris ATV. The 2 gents gave me great advice and knowledge about ATV batteries. I purchased a 750 mA battery charger and maintainer. It was a very reasonable price and my problems went away. They also bench tested and gave my old battery (which they assured me was still in good shape) a full charge at no cost!! I highly recommend Battery Battery Timmins!!

I needed batteries for my welding helmet and every store in town either did not have them or was sold out battery battery had loads of the kind I needed

I was a walk in looking for a price for 6 12v batteries for my scooter. I left knowing I would never buy a battery anywhere else. The owner, and his two fellows working there went way, way, above and beyond what was required of them. There were a few visible, small, issues that needed addressing. He didn't call me to get an o.k. for a work order, but most importantly, and amazing , is he didn't charge me for the little fixes he had done. He just went ahead and had the guys repair, and clean everything, installed all the batteries, hot glued all 12 posts, and took a lot of time to talk about what was done. AND, TO TOP IT ALL OFF, I was calling a cab to come home to Schumacher, and he, the owner, insisted on giving me a ride home, saving me $18. Can't beat that service. :). PS. He is not a scooter repair shop. You can always ask while you're buying batteries? This store carries batteries of any size. From button cells, to full size batteries.

I had amazing service this morning at Battery Battery, not only was the service great but he even came outside to change the batterie for me.

The best service I have ever received. So hard to find good customer service but Andy at Battery Battery excels in customer service. I definitely recommend them. Both workers were efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Great place!

Honestly the best service I've ever had. They tried a few different kinds of tests on my car battery and explained everything very well. They even gave me options if I didnt have the cash to by a new one. I really felt like they were being very honest with me and not just in it to make a buck. They even installed my new battery in the cold winter, with a smile. Highly recommend this place!
