Added to my other complaint! Drive threw Saturday December 10,2022 at 1:30pm My husband and I went through the drive threw and was greeted with this extremely rude and unprofessional and when I went to the window and asked for her name so I can make a complaint they bluntly refused to do so! Customer service is important and that Tim hortons lacks it big time! Needless to say we left and went to another location with wayyyy better customer service and coffee! 5 stars to Mumford rd today!!!They get a 1 because you can’t give a 0…They’re the absolute worst Tim Hortons in all Halifax! Order is always wrong, they have no customer service including the manager. Also very dirty how they handle the food! Don’t waste your time or money!

Great place to swing by to staff is always friendly and working quickly to get you your order as quickly as possible. Never any issues myself with them.

Terrible.. terrible service, whenever I go through the drive through there will be a staff who always chews gum and doesn’t care about the customers, the fun part is the management doesn’t care about this, I dont know her name but atleast show some respect to the customers, not going to this Timhortons anymore. Terrible experience.

I've gone to this location mainly for the past 2 years, don't think I've ever been told to have a nice day" one time. Usually get my food thrown around a bit in the drive thru

This Tim's is close but the drive through is slow. I find when you go in the service is great and you can see the workers chatting to the drive through customers like there is no one else in line.Me...

I just stopped in on my supper break to get a coffee and the young girl was extremely rude and ignorant so wasn't the two other ladies. I definitely will not be back there and will not recommend this store.

The most condescending attitude by a worker there! I simply asked why they advertise things on their menu if they aren't available at this location to which I got a very abrupt reply it's called a universal sign...now do you want to order" the tone was evident it wasn't the first time this question had been asked.N"

I went to a wedding at this church. The wedding was beautiful! The priest did a nice service.
