Took long time for someone to come and serve us and then had to wait super long just to get the pricing. The women who served us was very unfriendly.

A nightmare. I felt like I was a burden on the staff, it took 5 minutes and 3-4 employees before I got someone who was willing to help. Second, they seemed really surprised that I asked to buy a box and wrapping paper. I mean, when I go to Canada Post or UPS, it is easy to get what I need to ship my packages. Worst service in a long time, avoid at all cost.

Bad service. No answer, no even try to look where was my other box. The guy told me I am not working for FedEx....but he is a FedEx building with a FedEx shirt on him..but he is not working for FedEx. WT....

Disrespectful and took long to get my package estimated, the desk also used for customers who bring empty bottles back to store. It is busy desk and really don’t recommend it.

The person working for Fedex (a Super C employee) was kind but she told me that I need to visit another Fedex facility. I was trying to ship an envelope and for the postage to be billed to the receiver (I had all the paper in hand). It's a bit ridiculous that something called ShipCentre can't even do such a simple operation.

Horrible service, took long to be served, as we were a few people in line. We were not acknowledged. And, after all that, I never received confirmation that my items were sent back. In fact, I had to communicate with the original sellers to make sure they received my item. Highly likely that I won't do business here, again.
