Teletime TV, Electronics And Appliances

I have been Customer of Teletime since 20 years now and have always felt like a family. Their prices and service is not beatable anywhere in GTA. All my family and friends come here and we have always been taken care. Mr. Sharma and the staff is so helpful and attentive. Keep up the good work!

I’d like to call out Mr. Ahmed for providing a superior customer service. He did not upsell anything and only suggested the washer dryer model suiting our requirements. There was a small misunderstanding on the installation service, but Mr. Ahmed ensured that it was taken care on the same day and everything went smoothly. He was available for a chat thru pre-sale and post-sale activities answering promptly all our questions. Thanks Teletime and Mr. Ahmed!

Never buy from these guys. Will force you to buy some different brand other than you want to buy. Paid for Samsung washer but didn't deliver. After supposedly delivery date, called these guys and sales guy told me that the one I ordered is discontinued and told me to get Electrolux. Went to store and asked manager's name and he won't even give me his full name and saying they can't, that's their policy.

I have been buying my home stuff with them since 3 years now and Navjot has always helped us with our purchase. We have called him on odd hours and he has always been responsive. He is respectful and helpful. Always recommend Navjot and Teletime to everyone.

I have now made two separate purchases from Teletime in Brampton. Navjot has been an exceptional sales person who has been able to assist me with my appliance needs. Navjot has gone above and beyond to help me choose the right appliances. And most of all he did that without asking me to come to their showroom. Since all my purchases are few months old I haven't experienced them in warranty circumstances hence can't say much about dealing with them when it comes to claiming warranty. But so far the customer service experience has been great.

It was a good experience with Navjot. He is very knowledgeable and gave us good advice and suggestions based on our budget and need. The transaction was smooth and our product was delivered on time. However, we were not very happy with the Installation service. We know the delivery team is a third party but I wish Teletime people knew more about the prices those people charge for installations & any additional services upfront. I had to go back and forth to get information about installation services and additional charges. We will contact the delivery people again to switch the doors & install the steam kit for our washer/dryer. So I will suggest Teletime owner work closely with their delivery partners and it should be a seamless experience for us as a customer as for us it’s one Teletime & thus I’m giving one less star.

Visited this store location for the first time and had a great experience. Navjot went over and beyond my expectations and was extremely helpful when helping us pick our kitchen appliances/ home theatre. He provided us with a lot of information on each product when discussing which products would best fit our budget and best suited for us. I would highly recommend going to him.

Never ORDER any appliances from here. Maybe buy it if they have it in stock. I ordered and paid for a fridge and it took 6 months to arrive! Thank God, I didn't need it urgently but how do you expect people to wait so long?? In the same 6 months, all the prices changed. I was basically forced to wait after sometime.

Vicky is the guy to goto, service amazing, very knowledgeable, has model numbers memorized lol. Had to purchase sound system and appliances. Best prices, I did my shopping around and got the best price possible then went to Vicky and he beat it happily. Highly recommended, cheers bro!

BUYER BEWARE PLEASE READ!!! I placed order for TV to be delivered on my function day and store salesman committed to do so for sure as this was gift to the family. I called on that day first he hanged up my phone and after repeated calls he came on the line told me that he is going to check with the delivery guys and he will call me back. He never called me back and I again called than he told me he is trying to contact with delivery boys but they are not picking up my phone so again he hanged my phone. Ultimately I have to drive down to their store and talked to manger. Still manager was making excuses here and there. When I showed some stiff attitude they returned my money but spoiled my function. Very unprofessional people are running this business. Think twice before buying any stuff from them as left hand does not know what right hand is doing in the business.
