Was very happy with our private chef dining experience with Chef Tushar and Chef Brockton for a work function. We opted for a Pacific Northwest 4 course menu with Asian influence due to some dietary preferences in the group. Communication for booking the event and menu planning was prompt & efficient, the food was delicious & beautifully plated, and everything was left spotless at the end. We invited Tushar and Yogi to cook for a big family birthday celebration on Bowen Island. We found their service and food delightful. Tushar and Brockton were an excellent team to work with from start to finish. From helping design the menu all the way to the clean kitchen when they left it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend them and will be looking forward to seeing them at our next event.

We hired Tushar for a private dinner after having his food at a previous event. Both times the food was fantastic! He was very responsive, helpful and accommodating to plan our menu. His team was very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. I would highly reccomend Tushar. We will be having him back for future events!

I had the pleasure of experiencing Tushar’s cooking and WOW his food is some of the best food I have tasted in Vancouver. He has a very unique style, they way he uses his native flavours to create modern dishes is impressive. I am vegan and the menu he designed for my event was top notch. Have known Chef Tushar professionally for over 6 years, hard working and definitely talented.I have attended few of his events and visited the restaurants he used to work at.The last event we went to at the Coho, was extremely memorable. The dishes were perfectly well balanced with flavours and textures. They were also very beautiful to look at!!I have also done some events with him as an employee; he is extremely easy to work with and very organized.I highly recommend Chef Tushae for anyone looking for a private chef.
