Just had to share the great experience we had at Prevost Richmond BC. Nothing major - just the regular maintenance and care required, but we were very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the entire team - from the initial call with Jake (Branch Mgr), to Matheus the tech, to Shelly in billing - the customer care and attention was #1. A special shout out to Steve - whose knowledge and approach was perfect . Together with Matheus we started a plan to address a few things on a future visit that will keep our coach rolling down the highway !!!! Great job Prevost Richmond.

Over the past several years as a regular customer dealing with this branch I have always received a very Positive Professional Experience at the service center. If i am calling the Service Manager after business hours or just calling with some questions, the employee's have always been courteous , friendly and helpful in assisting me.
