Kays Lashes

Would NOT recommend!Long post, review.As many of you know I am graduating, for the photos and ceremonies I decided to go get my lashes done as a “reward” or “treat” for photos and such.. but About 3 weeks ago I had booked an appointment to get a service done by Kayla Ann (Kay’s Beauty). Kayla charged me a fee when booking (which expected, to ensure I held up my end and arrived at my appointment). Anyways, a day before said appoint she cancelled on me as she got fired from her location and needed time to get a new salon. I understood and allowed her to rebook me. My second appointment a week later (that she had booked) I drove 45 minutes from my house to her salon only to get told she had to cancel AGAIN, again I understood and rebooked the appointment.(Mind you I was very excited to get these done as I had my college graduation photos coming up and ensured to book an appointment with plenty of time to get another if needed before my photo date).Finally, we have our third rebooked appointment- a day before my graduation photos ! I drive up to her place of business and she told me I was an hour early, would not tell me where her new building was so I could wait for my appointment, and made me wait in my car. After waiting in my car for an hour SHE CANCELLED AGAIN!!Obviously quiet upset at this point I express this to her and tell her after this treatment I will most likely not be back after using a gift card I had for her services .. then I rebook ANOTHER appointment and the day of the FOURTH appointment she messaged to say that she is all of a sudden closed that day and that she is not comfortable doing my lashes now .. she then REFUSED my service and would not send my money back. She called me rude for mentioning updating her hours on the website so this problem didn’t happen again with others.I also have her saying she’d return my gift card money for this terrible experience but this morning said that it’s too bad cause “I’m rude and she doesn’t have to” I have posted where I was “rude”, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!I DO NOT RECOMMEND KAYS BEAUTY!
