Had a great experience with this business. Rob was friendly and professional. I attempted to replace the drive belt on my Murray riding mower and it proved more than I was expecting. I dropped off my mower and 2 weeks later I have a better than new mower.Thanks for your experience Rob, great job!

Took a Honda 3500 generator into him for a general tuneup before heading into the bush for 2 weeks. When I got it back, throttle linkage parts were missing and had been replaced by screws. A rubber gasket trim was completely missing. Had to go back and he retrieved it from his pile of scrap parts. The auto throttle down feature no longer worked!Ended up having to take it to a Honda authorized repair shop and was told “ whoever” had serviced it knew nothing about the proper setup of the unit and that the auto throttle feature and possibly the generator itself was damaged. They did their best to repair, but the damage was done. The unit never ran properly again. Unfortunately, ultimately had to buy a new generator.Would not recommend his service nor would I ever return. A very expensive “tuneup”.!

Got my John deer serviced here. It was far less expensive than I had thought it would be and much faster to. Rob was a great guy to deal with and he was honest when diagnosing the problem/ parts that needed to be ordered. I will definatly go back and I reccomend him to anyone looking to get a small engine serviced.

Took 15 days to repair. Offered me to give a estimate before starting to work. That never did that. I end up paying 350$ for a 200$ machine.What about the estimate you offered me on phone that you will give me before repairing the machines.?All you could manage was ' I apologise' when I asked about not giving estimate before starting to work on my machines.I bought snowblower myself in 2009. Price tag was still on because I didn't use it more that 4-5 times since then.

I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with this scam artist. I purchased a ride on tractor from Rob in the spring of 2021. The tractor was old but Rob said it cut great and was a great machine so we took his word. We started to have issues with it shortly after purchase and brought it back to repair, after spending $200 Rob suggested we buy another “new” tractor he had for sale because the old one would probably continue giving us issues. We purchased the “newer” one and the 2nd time using it the blade fell right off. Rob said to bring it back and it should be a quick fix. We dropped it off in September 2021. I messaged and called Rob several times over the winter months to see if we can pick up the mower so we could store inside since he had it out on his front yard, he never replied until a week ago. He finally calls back and says “yea I can replace the blade for you but the whole tractor is taken apart” I asked how that happened and his reply was that is how I dropped it off. I went by to see him and the tractor and right off the bat he was confrontational and aggressive. He blatantly lied about the entire situation and basically said take the tractor off his property because he was not going to repair it. When we asked for our money back for the purchase of the tractor he threatened us with violence screaming obscenities. I DO NOT recommend doing business with Tuttle repairs. Rob is a complete fraud. Save your hard earned money and go to reputable repair shop

avoid this guy , took this guy too long to call and later decided he has no time to fix it because its too old and he has no interest in fixing it ??? Total waste of time . Don't waste your time , avoid this place . He charged me 250 dollars for nothing , no oil change , no new parts , no battery , just to take a look , I asked him to why he didn't fix it and he said he has no interest of fixing it and he told me to leave the shop , not sure why I was charged 250 dollars ? I paid him but the tractor wasn't fixed , if anything it was worst than before , when I told my neighbor , he told me this guy is famous for bad service and he told me to find another shopI understand that the mower was old , its an early 1990's model so I don't blame him for not fixing it and I can understand why he decided not to work on it , the parts for this mower are impossible to find but 250 is overpriced for a checkup or storage fee , I taught it would have been a free estimate or something , I should have asked , also he took the whole thing apart but didn't fix anything

I would recommend Rob to all who need their lawn equipment serviced. I have brought almost my entire fleet of machines to him over the 2022 season, and he has made them work like new with no problems at all.

I am on well water and I always assumed that the poor performance was due to low water pressure - but it was the fuel system all along. Rob fixed the carburetor and it is now working properly for the first time, putting out 2,000psi! Well done, Rob.

Amazing service fixed the engine on my boat on the Date he promised he would have it done by. Quote he gave me was exactly what it ended up costing me too , I'll be going back forsure.
