Best shoe shopping experience of my long life so far. Carole took no pains in ensuring my shoes were exactly the ones for me. I agonized over the choice, and she never blinked once. I settled on a pair I would never had selected off the rack, because the fit so well. My future feet thank her immensely!

Was in on Monday and there were 2 young girls working. 1 looked up and said hi" the other looked at me and said nothing. I waited over by display wall for someone to come help but these 2 young girls were too busy talking to each other so I eventually just left and went to Mr. Safety because our company has an account with both stores"

Went in over the weekend and two young girls were behind the counter and one was playing with the others hair. I stood at counter for a few moments and neither acknowledged that I was there even though I was standing right in front of them. Eventually a young gentleman came over and asked if I needed help but I was extremely uncomfortable with the level of intimacy these two young ladies were displaying towards each other in such a public setting and ignoring the customer's there. Andre was amazing though and offered great customer service

Staff there are extremely helpful, and ensure that you are getting the right product for you. They ensure boots not only fit good, but are suitable for working in the conditions you require them to be in. Not only that, but they also have the good prices. Usually you can find a deal there. If you are a student, bring you student card and they will give you 10% off student discount. The people there honour warrantee as well. I had a boot where the eyelet ripped out in an abnormally short amount of time. I brought it in and they got me in a new pair for free; no questions asked.Rock on,-Chad
