Prompt, punctual, polite, and convenient. Gave a very reasonable offer instantly on the phone and setup an appointment to pick up the car the next morning. When he arrived he did not try to haggle or lowball on the price given. He just checked over the car and handed over the cash. He also didn't mind me standing at a safe distance watching him hook up and drive off into the sunset with the car that had been in my live for the last 11 years.
