Nice comfortable place and the staff are very welcoming & helpful. My wait time was very minimal and the office wasn’t overcrowded which means they’re scheduling everyone at their appropriate appointment times. The Dr. was very nice too and answered all my questions. The techs were all great as well and very nice. Good place if you want a nice comfortable environment without added stress.

ZERO STARS. To start I have completed these tests end of April beginning of May. I am waiting for results for all my tests. I have not seen the doctor on even day one of my appointment. I paid $60 for a machine they take back. I have now been turned away twice. The first time I had a card with the information and they said I didn’t have an appointment. Today, right now as i sit here again they said I do not have an appointment even though I do, it was booked for me on June 12-2019 by Bernie on the phone. The “supervisor” has absolutely no compassion or care it’s besides me why she is in this field. My appointment was supposed to be at 11:00 and they keep saying 10:00 in which I tell them I thought I didn’t have an appointment today as per their office schedule. This is the WORSE experience I’ve every had at a doctors office. I’m now sitting her an hour past my appointment time and yet to be seen. Many have come in and gone yet because of THEIR mistake I must sit and wait until everyone’s seen and gone to see the doctor. I will never come back here. Save your self time and dignity. Don’t bother coming here. I’m sitting here alone because this is what I deserve after they turned me away on May 14 and again today. CROOKS

Rude receptionist explaining how they need to be only 4 at a time in the waiting room. I understand limitations to smaller areas due to the pandemic but would be good to explain to the receptionist how to interact with people waiting. A post in a very visible area would also be helpful, you know, by the entrance. very unorganized for a health operation to be honest

This company needs to do an over haul of their mission and value statement. After the care my mother received there yesterday, it was worse experience ever" she told me. I would never recommend this place because he (tech) had no compassion for the elderly. Their Mission Statement says - "Patient-centeredness and access to high quality timely and complete cardiac care". Very unlikely that some of their employees even follow this mission. You can't treat and assume everyone is the same. There is a reason why age is noted -- so that you can be better equipped to deal with whomever is coming into your facility. Please look into providing a course on how to deal with elderly patients as it was evident from the visit yesterday

I called and asked if they did ECG and Ultrasound. They said yes. I took time to come here and had to park next door cause there parking lot only says Exit only. When I get in they said I was late and going to have to come back at 4:30. Then they told me they don't do that Ultrasound. So all in all I did get my ECG but will have to take more time off to get Ultrasound. Poor attention to details and should inform patients about parking and their actual services.Highly disappointed.

I was there for Ultrasound, Echo & ECG for my heart. I have been there several times to Advanced Cardio Diagnostics. I have talked with Ritzel she has been extremely patient, brilliant employee and always been helpful. Moving on other staff doing Echo, Stress test, Cardiac Consultations with Doctor all went good during the visits. This is my honest review - I still can't figure out why some people haven't left good reviews.

I went to Advanced Cardio Diagnostics For my ECG, Holter monitor and ABPM. They have well trained and professional Technicians and Admin staff was also very friendly and kind to book appointment.

Very bad management and staff attitude.I showed up on the day of appointment and I was told that my appointment had moved. When I asked why no one called, the lady lied that someone had called a day back. I had no calls or missed calls in my phone. She lied!!

In November 2022, I had an appointment for halter monitoring with the expectation to receive the results and follow-up consultation in December 2022. However, as of March 27, 2023, I have yet to have a consultation with the ACD physician despite rescheduling the appointment four times. Furthermore, the results have not been shared with my family physician. This is unprofessional and unethical, leading to my decision to file a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons.
