A big thanks to Kara and Steve at 'Motion' for such excellent service. I ordered grab bars (for my bathtub/shower) on the phone and, even though I live outside of Kingston, they were installed (no fuss, no muss) 3 days days later.

I visited motions today to buy a walker. Nancy was so helpful and kind. This was my first purchase of a mobility aid and she made it very easy and was very welcoming.

We made a few visits to the showroom in search of a lift recliner chair. Every time we were met by Kara B. She was kind, well informed and very patient answering all our questions. She made us feel welcomed every visit.Thank you.

Cannot even begin to describe how thankful I am for the amazing customer service experience I had at Motion thanks to Bailey! I’ve been trying to set my mom up with a powered wheelchair for months and with my mom’s specific needs and requests we’ve had zero luck. Not only did we find Bailey to be incredibly well informed and thoughtful in how she interacted with us, but she also managed to keep us laughing throughout the entire appointment! She gave my mom tons of choice and information on different options and features available to her and was able to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be placing our order through Bailey at Motion after this experience. Would highly recommend others do the same!

I would like to express our sincere gratitude for a job well done. Linda and Bailey took such good care of fitting my Mom with her wheelchair. They were kind, patient and completely thorough in making sure she was comfortable and fitted properly.

Mid Dec 2019Years of poor service, unable to keep chair working properly. Product constantly has issues, nothing but expensive Band-Aid repairs. Staff say one thing to the customer and another to healthcare professionals. Invoices for service never arrived, no phone call, chair service held hostage next time you break down. Avoid at all costs.---Edit Jan 14,2020: after they asked me to contact them I did so. To date there has been no further reply.

Purchased a mobility scooter for myself. Friendly and caring people especially (Bailey). Answered all questions and very patient. Thank you.

I wish I could give a 10 star review! Went in with my best friend to get them a walker about 2 and a half weeks ago. Lisa was an absolute delight to work with and she helped us get my best friend the perfect walker all while helping us in getting it covered COMPLETELY! We paid about 100 total for the rental walker and the Physiotherapist/ADP authorizer fee. They saved us so much money and got my best friend the walker for their dreams! I will never be able to thank Lisa and Motion enough for all of their help. Lisa was so knowledgeable and compassionate. She never once made us feel like we shouldn't be there because of our age (27 & 28), like we had experienced when buying other mobility devices and home care devices. Lisa made sure my friend was comfortable with the entire process and even made sure to order the walker in my friend's favourite colour, black! We had such a great experience at Motion. Our sales lady, Bailey, helped me so much when I had to get my mom set up in a wheelchair. She answered all my questions and helped us from start to finish with funding and teaching us how to use it. We couldn't have confidently navigated it without them.
