Garson Laundromat

I've been using this laundromat regularily for a few months now and I have seen a couple come in and out of the facility a few times discussing potential redecorating and renovating or whatever, but I'd suggest they get on it real quick. The place is horrendous, smells like urine, everything is always dirty. Some of the washing machines wreak of mold and mildew. The tables and chairs/couch seating area is in need of some serious TLC.Not to mention they are a business, that opens at 8am sharp every single day. It snowed last night and all night leaving us with half a foot of snow on the ground this morning. I went to do my laundry this morning at 10am, two whole hours after they opened and the parking area had not been looked after at all. No sign of shoveling or anything. My car got stuck halfway into the parking lot leaving me in the middle of the street lane. Someone from across the street came to help me out. I understand the snow came out of nowhere and suddenly but, as a business owner you should be keeping on top of this way better.I'll never use this laundromat again.

Floors are all durty, garbages and recycling box are full , bathroom is digusting with no toilet paper....no staff in sight to let them know about the garbages, toilet paper and broken equipment about....Some washers had broken spin cycles ... expensive washes... Most dryers worked good but a couple didnt dry my clothes (once dry cycle was done it said error no vacum) so that wasn't great.... Had to stay much longer to clean all my clothes and towels because of run down equipment that isn't maintained; with no indications that some were broken so had to find out the long way .... Would not recommend

Used to go here because it was close, then one day I had someone else's laundry in with mine in the dryer. Was gone for 20 minutes and someone highjacked the machine. Car was hit in the parking lot by the upstairs tenant as well. Don't go here unless you have to. Not the worst laundromat in sudbury for cleanliness but also not great either.

machines work great. if there is a problem the number on the from board is very helpful. someone stole the tv remote but that isnt the laundromats fault. generally clean but most customers are slobs and leave their garbage (bounce sheets, detergent boxes ect) everywhere. always clean in the mornings!

Can't rely on change machine, some of washer machines have strong mildew smell. Not very impressed.

Excellent, nice and clean, nice modern machines, lots of places to sit, or fold. Close to all amenities if you need to do some errands while waiting. Nice dryer options, You can pay quarter by quarter rather than paying for a full dry cycle. Overall Experience. couldn't ask for better

This place is absolutely not clean. Completely outdated and there is nobody here to help you if there are any issues. I'm thankful to have a place to wash my clothing but I will be taking the trip elsewhere next time this place is nasty.

This laundromat is very close to me so that helps me alot. I'm very grateful they are there. The laundromat itself is pretty out dated. It's not super clean. No one is there at all to help with any issues you may have. Their machine that carries soap and bounce if you forget yours which I did lol I wasn't able to get enough because the machine didn't have any life. I was doing a LOT of laundry lol so having to go and get soap was a pain. All washing machines from front loading to old top loading are $3.50 to use. I personally find that to be expensive. However, the dryers make up for that. 3 quarters will dry most loads. Towels and jeans obviously need a bit more time. One more quarter lol so all in all it's a place to so laundry lol if you prefer a spotless, or a person to help you if you need assistance. This isn't your place. If you're like me, I don't really care. I just want in and out.

This place is gross, smells like cat pee, there’s absolutely no house keeping.Decrepitly oldMachines seem to work fine.Location is ok.

Its a laundromat. Would be 5 star if they had a working change machine.
