OK Tire

I have never had any problem with Okay Tire Northside of Fredericton. They are always very friendly and prompt. I usually wait for an oil change or to have my Winter/Summer tires switched and it's never a long wait. They are very friendly on the phone when I make an appointment. Their prices are decent and they honor their coupons. They do great work. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them!

I was driving on the highway when something metal fell off the truck in front of me. I tried to swerve so that whatever it was went under the middle of my car and not drive directly over it. Long story short, it hit one of my tires. I was able to drive my car to OK Tire. The tire was not salvageable. I have been having a hard time with life lately. I was happy that my daughter and I were safe but this was not an expense I could afford without pulling money from somewhere else. I was on the phone with my mom asking to borrow money for groceries when I was informed that the employees at the store got together and paid for my tire. I cannot describe to you in words how big of a deal this was. Total strangers got together to make sure my daughter and I got home safely. They are angels and I will be forever grateful for their kindness.

Accepted walk in, do it quick and professional. No wait time.

They will scam you for money. They will break parts to make you come back to them for more. They are notorious for requesting replacement when not necessary. Basically very bad doctors for your car and most awkul service I have had.

Outstanding service. Went in once on a bit of an emergency. Not like a REAL emergency mind you but an issue that was urgent for us. Went to OK Tire based on the recommendation of a friend and cant express how well they treated us and the situation we put ourselves in. I'll be a customer for life.

I get the best deals on my tires and rims time and time again. They are great people here. And they store my alternate set of rims and tires so I don't have to lug them around for $60 a swap.

Patience and kindness can make a world of difference in how someone treats you!Impeccable customer service! I have been coming here for quite some time and the staff always greets me by name and ready to take my vehicle in on time!Any issues I ever had (which has been rare) they get me in right away! I feel confident coming here, great prices and GREAT service.

My first visit for an alignment and oil change was great

I had a wonderful experience.I went in to see if I needed an appointment to change my tires from summer to winter, they were able to take me a couple of hours later, I waited in the waiting room. They answered all of the questions I asked, and are very friendly and knowledgeable. And the price was not bad.Will definitely be going back, when I need to get new summer tires.
