The Fellow working right now has no Customer Service and doesn't even check to see if the right prescriptions are correct.He doesn't seem to know what he is doing.

This is the most ridiculously slow pharmacy in the entire world. It's not even that they are just slow It's that they simply don't fill your order. It doesn't matter what time I call for a perscription refill. Could be 5 hours in advance it could be a whole day. When I get there they will NOT have my perscription ready and I'll have to sit there for a half hour minimum.This is the last time I go here. Its pathetic.

The pharmacists here are the best people I've come across. They are so down to earth and friendly. I have to go in everyday and I'm greeted with kindness by all but one staff member. She's just getting old and bitter I guess. I would recommend Rexall over Pharmasave in Ladysmith in my opinion.

Update your store hours showed up at 745pm on Tuesday and you are closed online says 9pm and store sign says 8pm

The pharmacy has a new pharmacist at this location and within the last few months the service has greatly improved. The current pharmacist is the best I’ve ever dealt with before. Very proactive and helpful. There is no wait time unlike the past. Thank-you so much!

Edit: It seems the pharmacist has once again changed and the quality of service has tanked. Poor communication, and massive judgement/prejudice from them.Monty has no problem going the extra mile. Very professional and supportive of our needs. Most personal service from any pharmacy I have ever used.
