Staff need to shower more the bo coming off is awful. And unbearable. Only went in for a new used phone small selection.Update I went to look to see if these review was taken down nope it was not but other reviews on here seem to be from fake accounts I would avoid this shady place can't even get real reviews.Changing my 2 star review to 1star

The lady was able to unlock my son's phone fast when the kiosk where I bought it couldn't. Very friendly lady. Will recommend for your phone needs

Went in a couple weeks ago to inquire about a new screen protector for my phone since the factory one was peeling up. Before I was even shown options or given prices the lady ripped my current protector right off my screen and crumpled it up and threw it out...efficient sales tactic I guess seeing as if I didn't need a protector before I sure needed one now. It would have been nice to have been given the opportunity to agree before committing but oh well I guess.The protector only ended up being about $30 which wasn't too bad. She installed it for me and informed me I needed to keep my case off for about 6 hours so the screen can settle or the protector would start to peel since my phone screen is curved. I kept the case off for much longer than she told me, probably about 8 or 9 hours and put it on very gently as to not disturb the new screen.I also noticed was some dirt trapped under the screen after install which was kind of irritating but whatever.About 2 days later (if that) the bottom corner started peeling up. I was told at original install my next protector would only be 10 bucks, which is a great price, but I wasn't expecting to have to replace it so quickly...especially considering my old one lasted well over a yearDissaopointed.

Went in today to get my phone inspected, and sold off. They offered me the lowest possible amount for the device. Absolutely nothing wrong with the unit outside a small scuff on the bottom. If you’re looking to trade your old phone for money just post of Facebook or Kijiji. You will instantly get larger offer on your device.

Have gone here a couple of times when my phone is not charging. On each occasion they checked and cleaned the phone and did not charge me for the service. Super friendly and helpful staff!

Very very nice lady helped me with my dead phone, took a look at it for free for a few hours. Then ordered mea battery and told me she would not charge me for anything if the battery didn't fix it. The part took a few weeks to come in so it was a bit of a wait but otherwise great service! Phone fixed!

Ordered parts for my phone said it was going to be a day or two... called in 3 days said they weren't in... haven't heard back and it's been 12 days now. I would go elsewhere.

Bought a charging adaptor couple of months ago and it stopped working already. Paid $30 for it and they have no warranty. Cheap stuff, cheap customer service
