Alexander College

I am studying at this college and the students are more, they don't have enough seats available for students, I didn't get any course for summer, I didn't want break but I have no option, I talked with college department many times ,they just said me they can't do anything, which is really bad, so please check the college status , before taking admission.

I recommend everyone not to come to this college. This college doesn’t help students at all. It’s just waste of money. This college issue offer letters to each and every student and don’t give student courses then students end up take unofficial drops. I even heard college have target to fail and pass students. It’s really really bad choice to come to this college and study.

Great college! Great service!A new student missed her registration for her English course . We communicated with admission office to know the pathway for resolution . Hello international students,Just be careful on your choice. I was also student here it is very difficult for you get courses. Students are not even getting courses in first semester. They don’t even return your fees if you are leaving college. There are many other college and universities in lower mainland be careful.

Overall, I highly recommend Alexander College to anyone looking for a high-quality education and a positive student experience. The supportive environment, expert instructors, and hands-on approach to learning make it an excellent choice for anyone looking to further their education.

This is overall the worst choice that I made in my whole life. IM an international student, and 100% students here are. It was really nightmare completely for 2 semesters I’ve went. The 8s of 10 are from India. And they do communicate in their own language wherever they are at, even in group meetings. It didn’t work out even though you complain that to instructors and advisors. As well as the quality of lectures, honestly, was 1 to 2 of 10. In regard to international students from Asia and other countries, where speak non-native but also the differed order of grammar in sentence such as Japanese. Those can’t avoid difficulties what do instructors mean to deliver in class because they mostly come from Vietnam or India where has strong intonation and pronunciation. Me as Asian, It was really hard to understand overall classes because it’d been a month since I got here Vancouver. So I decided to leave here in 2 semesters, due to these difficulties, with 2K dollars left in my school account. But the associates said It’s not allowed to get the money back because it’s only” under my responsibility. I’m in Langara currently for 3 semesters, almost a year w surrounded high quality of profs and nice atmosphere in terms of intensity. Ended up planning to transfer UBC next year. I would never recommend this AC. To be honest with me, my experience for 6 to 7 months here is useless. Make sure, if you are student here, don’t deposit spare money outside of the payment for your current courses.

Very bad experience from one of their employee (female). Her behaviour was soo unprofessional and rude. When i asked her name to file a formal complaint she refused saying “i am not giving you my name, you can do whatever you can do”. I don’t know what kind of day she was having, but her behaviour was completely unacceptable and reflects how unprofessional she is. They can’t provide students with their last one and only course to complete their degree and not providing any official letter stating they can’t provide the course and expects students to go part-time in their next 2 semesters and be delayed by 4months to complete their degree. Upon asking she said gather 10-12students who wants to do this course and we can provide but after 2 minutes she changed her statement we can not provide you that course as we don’t have neither space nor faculty. If you don’t have space or faculty then why that only required course is on your degree planner sheet? It’s your responsibility to provide courses what you are asking students to complete.

Hii everyone, actually i want tell you that now i completed my 2nd semester and in my 3rd sem i registered 3 courses but because of my GPA college give me academic probation but with this the college also drop my one course even i only have 3 courses in my next semester now i only have 2 courses, so with this how my GPA will increase in next semester. According to me for increase in my GPA i have to do at least 3 courses in one sem. :(

Don't anticipate anything from Alexander once they readily issue you an offer letter and perhaps even certain classes for a semester or two. Even if the professor is at fault, these people are money-eaters and scammers, and no matter how many complaints you make, they won't take any action. They don't care how long or how hard we worked for this money; all they want is the cash. One of the worst universities in Canada in terms of education because when you ask a lecturer a question, he would change the subject without providing an explanation.My own experience was the worst, as it is for many other students, but they refuse to address complaints teams, the accounts department regarding refunds, or the worst scam lecturer ENRICO TANAFRANCA. Therefore, I advise any students going to Canada to consider the long term and select a different college.To all deserving viewers, kindly take note that the unorganized staff at ALEXANDER COLLEGE will respond to all written reviews in the same way. Most worse college in whole BC change asap. They just want money from you and don’t teach anything. Lots of flaws in this college and day by day you got frustrated from this college and the behaviour of professor.
