Our backyard needed a ton of work and we were having lots of issues with our drainage. Joe and his team did an amazing job from start to finish on this project! They completed the demolition, grading, installed drainage systems, built beautiful custom retaining walls and stairs with Sienna stone, and put down the sod. Everything was done professionally and Joe was awesome to work with every step along the way!

Joe and his crew were amazing in adding the interlocking pavers walkway to my house. These COVID days it's not easy to find contractors who are available, I called at least 10 and most don't pick up / return calls, few advised they will look at it but never got back, others advised to make reservations for next year only.Joe on the other hand went on to check the lot on his own, agreed to take on the job next week and started it right after the contract was signed. Job was done in less than a week as agreed, he was great at sending daily updates with pictures/videos. Final product was top quality.Great job guys!

As I write this, Joe and his skilled team are in the middle of installing an inground pool for our family.I’ll add photos when the project is completed, but I can tell you we’re having a very positive experience.Joe is very professional and transparent. He’s great at explaining timelines and he gives frequent progress reports so that you feel in the loop.There were a few minor issues that were out of his control (Mother Nature) but he immediately worked with us to come up with the best solution.Never mind all that though! This man is a wizard on the excavator! You have to see it to understand.Very impressed with Joe and every single person on his team.

He was prompt and professional and has the equipment for small and large-scale projects. This company has the experience to tackle the problem without wasting your time. Joe was amazing to start to finish on my custom pool project. Joe created the pool of dreams for my family. Joe was very attentive to detail on vision and went above and beyond on his installation. The custom sun tanning ledge Joe built was something I've only seen in magazines and tropical resorts. The bubbler feature he installed makes the pool come to life at night at night with the lights making the water glow with a stunning look. Joe made our tanning ledge with foam under the vinyl so you feel like your walking on sponge just another fabulous feature we didn't even know existed. Joe and his team hit every mark and more on this design and installation. We could of never imagined having such a beautiful finished project to enjoy now for a lifetime with friends and family. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for a pool of your dreams. Thank you Joe and the blackwater team for this masterpiece we now call our pool.

Amazing experience!! Needed a retaining wall designed and built relatively quick. Got a super fast response and I knew from talking with Joe he was going to do some amazing work. And sure enough i couldn't be happier. Will be passing the word along and will be a returning customer.

My front lawn looked brand new and I loved entertaining in my back yard, my own sanctuary!

Had sod put down in our backyard. Guys were very polite and did great work. They were very quick and efficient. Will call them for all our landscaping needs in the future.
