Honestly I would say this... Tina’s service was so on top notch. She took care of me super well, fast and did her job with a caring manner. I will definitely come back and find her again without a question! She took care of my needs like it was her own car. I can’t express how happy I am after getting my car done by her. Professional and amazing is simply all I can say.

it was super easy to get my car in. they made a same day appointment. tina keng was very professional. i got plenty of updates along the way, and they cleaned my car really well even though i just came in for a punctured tire.

As a regular customer to Openroad Hyundai’s Service department, I am very pleased with how I have been treated in this dealership. Booking an appointment through the phone was quick and easy and upon arrival I was able to speak to Daniel Lee right away without any wait. Daniel is well communicative with the different services that the technicians suggested I received for my car as he went over what the service is, why it is needed and the cost of the service. I also think it is important to note that Daniel was not pushy in regards to the different services I should get done, but rather helped me stay within my budget and prioritized which services are needed the most to ensure my safety with my vehicle. There are no hidden fees or costs that would surprise you at the end. They also do a great job at giving incentives such as free items like a sherpa blanket which I received today. Lastly, Matt, the service manager, knows how to make sure that his customers are well taken care of and that is much appreciated!

They are back at their original location after the renovation. I just love getting my vehicle serviced at this location. My Service Advisor was Tina Keng. She was brilliant in her approach and listened to my concerns patiently and most importantly , acted positively. She is surely a great asset for this team. Terry, was the other advisor, who was very courteous and finished my billing.Last but not the least, it was a pleasure seeing the old Mgr. Matt still working there. He has a very warm and positive influence for this service team.Overall, all I can safely say that if you need professional, timely and great service for your vehicle with genuine care for you as a customer, always come to this location.Again, shouting out for your team, Matt and Tina. Even after being a loyal customer of theirs, I was left disappointed and frustrated with their response to my query. I called in to get a quote for a brake light change and their representative wouldn't give a specific quote. Just kept deviating from the question. When I asked that is there any way to get a price for my repair order. She said and I quote, yes

Terry and Bryce were great! This was my first time getting any type of service to a vehicle since I've never owned a car before. Both of them thoroughly explained what type of Service I should be getting to my vehicle and why. They also went above and beyond to explain to me what my warranty covered, and also did a bit of extra maintenance to ensure my vehicle was properly serviced. They were able to set me up last minute with a rental vehicle so that I had a car to drive. Great experience and I definitely recommend them!

I came to the auto shop with my dad about our chipped/damage parts on our door. They started a requisition with a 3rd party company to get it fixed, about a month goes by and I haven’t heard from them. I called in and asked about it and they said that there was never any requisition made at all. I kept trying to contact them however they just kept saying there is nothing they can do.

I recently visited a Hyundai dealership with high hopes of finding the perfect car. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I entered the shop, it became apparent that the staff was not interested in assisting us.Upon inquiring about the availability of specific car models, we were met with an immediate response of, We don't have the cars you want." It was disheartening to receive such a dismissive answer without any attempt to explore alternatives or provide further assistance. However

Came in today for service on my vehicle and had the pleasure dealing with Tina Keng.I had cancelled probably 3 or 4 previous appointments due to medical emergencies and she always replied to emails and was a great help rescheduling appointments.I didn’t feel any pressure or upselling with her and that’s something I always dread at dealerships. Open road Hyundai should be very proud to have someone like Tina Keng working for them. Anyone going in for service and you read this review be sure to hit up Tina’s desk she’ll take excellent care of you :)

They are unprofessional.I went there for very first service of my car but they disappointed me with their service also they said they wash the car and vacuumed but it looks like they never touch the car inside and from outside they splash the water and didn’t dry it
