Dairy Queen (Treat)

We stood in line for 27 min. 3 blizzards made 1 sundae and 1 cake sold. Snail pace employees. My sons banana split had no banana... our blizzards had to be wiped down because the ice cream was running down the side of the cup before the next blizzard was made. Clearly staffing is an issue here. If one of my kids was behind the counter I would have fired them while waiting in line.

I would give this place is zero Stars if I could. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake and it was partially melted when received half second flip if that by the time I got home it's like 3 minutes away it was pretty much melted like a milkshake the cheese cheesecake was pretty much cream cheese blocks nothing of the slightest bit tasted like cheesecake at all very disappointed will not be returning.

Waited like 35 mins to get my order and there was only one person who was infront of me. 3 employees were present at that time and were very relaxed and super slow. They dont care at the line. 2 families were waiting after me and 2 other left because of the latency. Aweful place to visit. They lack training or is wrongly trained by the manager. The cashier was very unprofessional. Not welcoming at all and the blizzard that I ordered was waterly and she barely flipped it over. The cup was not full to the lid. No smile and she had an unwelcoming look. No sure i will visit this place again. I can see other customers previously complaining about similar issues and nothing had been changed. Either its a management fault or bad training.

Unfortunately our experience here was not aGood one I had recently ordered a cake and received a confirmation number through email. The day of my daughter‘s birthday one hour before the party started I was given a 3 PM p.m. time slot to come pick up this cake when I arrived they had told me no one had made the cake they had not seen the order and it must be for another location the confirmation email clearly stated that location. I had to show the staff 3 times my confirmation email. I stood there for 20 minutes like a deer in headlights waiting for them to get a hold of a manager to figure out what to do , as I did not have time to go anywhere else and get another cake, specifically ice cream from Dairy Queen with a specific theme my daughter asked for. I had no choice but pick a premade cake from the freezer and just get her birthday and name on top I personally had to ask for a discount which should’ve been offered or should’ve been given a free cake just for the fact that nobody made it and my daughter was so upset that her cake wasn’t the same theme I promised her. the staff are slow pace and all were quite young. Understandable mistakes happen but there should be a manager on site that knows what they’re doing or can speak to a paying customer about the issue instead of having them wait there for 20 minutes to have these matters dealt with more quickly.I have also had close friends and family tell me that they have ordered from this location and have had issues with their cakes as well so this is clearly an ongoing matter.

Great service and of course good ice cream. There are no burgers at this location but there are hot dogs and all their other frozen treats.The staff were great and the main area was clean. The washrooms were a bit gross. The otherwise nice, couched seating area has some very awkwardly placed freezers right beside them. It ruins the atmosphere a bit. The rest of the place has plenty of seating including booths and a counter with stools.

I usually get a Hotdog here. They are usually pretty good. Today, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I have never eaten something so dry and tasteless!! I doubt I'll be back!!

I didn't think it was possible, but they've gotten slower. Things were bad pre-Covid, but there has been a significant decline in service.I waited close to 30 minutes for one Blizzard. Three cars ahead of me, and I actually turned off my car to save gas.I didn't even bother with the Blizzard, kept on driving. I would have sat for another ten minutes waiting for them to make it.Judging by the increased number of one star ratings, safe to say I'm not alone in my disgust.No, I don't want to reach out, Dairy Queen. It would just be another waste of my time.

This has to be the worst DQ I have been to a line up oh six cars four people waiting for orders already taken inside and a line up waiting for orders to be taken. People walked out I have now been here for 20 min and I'm still waiting for my order of three blizzards. Staff walks like Zombies girl mina at cash talking to friends then walking in back bagging orders. Then two girls get served before us who came in after us and placed order this is so unexceptable. Boy working was ignorant, you need to do better.

Literally every time I come here, I’m sitting in the drive through for a minimum of 10 minutes. Not sure if it is a staffing issue or poor management but I have never had a pleasant experience at this location. Not to mention, all the employees always sound miserable and act like you are an inconvenience to them.
