Dealing with James was so amazing it made me second guess my move from BC to ON! He was so helpful with my issues with ICBC insurance and was great to talk to as well. He literally solved everything within 20 minutes. The best service I have ever received from ANY insurance company I've dealt with in the past 36 years. Never again! Avoid at all costs.... their adjusters are illiterate, unprofessional and rude. I would rate them 0 stars if possible. Spend the extra 10-15 minutes and drive to another insurance company that actually knows what they are doing. Any good reviews must be written by family members of their company.

Horrible! worst customer service ever. Como Lake Location. Went in for a home insurance quote and the agent, Carrol, shouldn't be dealing with clientel in anyway!She was condescending, rude, offensive, and a bully. She made me extremely uncomfortable, made insinuations, and suggested I come back another time" because I had my baby with me. She spent more time "lecturing" me about her job over and over than listening to the client or even remotely trying to help.She also refused to return my personal information

Well first off I got to deal with a fellow Scots Man in James who was spot on with his service and his help!They kept the door open for me for 15 min after closing so I could get the information that I needed and then the next day James had everything ready so I could come in sign and pay and get off to my daughters B day! Get service great people and if you don’t come to see James and the team here to get your auto insurance, you have rocks in your head!Awesome stuff in the como lake village! From a freshly immigrated Albertan !
