Very clean and nice store. The boutique has lots of options for your little ones and a great spot for gifting moms to be. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when finding the right products for me and my family.

Amazing service. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable on all their products. We purchased so far our Bugaboo Fox 5 stroller and Nuna car seat. I can’t forget my registry with all the amazing items on it. Kido Bebe is the BEST and ONLY store you need for your baby needs.Can’t wait to buy more amazing items!Thank you

Variety of products to choose from, excellent customer service. Expert advice from their team was much appreciated. Staff is not pushing sales but rather provide honest feedback on what you really do vs don’t need. Everyone was super helpful and patient - as a new mom, that was exactly what I needed from a baby store.

I wish I could give Kido Bebe more stars. I wasn't familiar with Kido but I found the car seat I wanted online with them on a great sale. I also ordered the adapter for my stroller at the same time. Kido noticed there may be a compatibility issue with the car seat and adapter and called me to follow up on my order. They waited 2 days while I contacted the stroller company to confirm. Turns out the car seat was not approved for the adapter in Canada (although it is in the USA). I really appreciate them taking the time to ensure I was purchasing something that I was going to be able to use, especially with something as expensive and important as a car seat.

Seamless delivery and excellent product quality! We received a Baby Bjorn bouncer lounge chair from a friend overseas. Kido Bebe called to say that it was not in stock but would be ordered right away. We got our beautiful gift delivered two business days later. Thank you!!

Great customer service! Our shipment was going to take about a month to arrive and to our surprise we got a personal call from their store to walk us through the dates we would receive it. Then, when the dates got closer, we got follow-up calls to let us know the order status, and when the order was potentially going to be late they figured out how to get us our order a couple of days earlier than expected. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a great experience at Kido Bebe! Our sales associate was Saf and he is extremely knowledgeable about the vast selection of products Kido sells! Their delivery service was also very timely! My wife and I definitely recommend Kido Bebe for all of your baby supplies!
