Moved to a newer location across the street from the old address. An okay selection of clearance items with an additional saving on the last ticketed price. Very friendly staff who are helpful.

Walked in hoping to be assisted with a return, unfortunately no gift receipted was provided. I asked for a gift card at the lowest last sale price if possible. Staff was disengaged and advised I can only call customer service for assistance. As they were closed for the weekend no assistance was provided. I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. I hope this review will help assist with situations such as mine going forward

For an outlet store, the sales aren’t that encouraging. Not everything is on sale.However, this is a very clean store. I don’t see many staff around but it is very well kept. It does offer adults and children’s wear. Masks are not mandatory here and it is wheelchair accessible. Overall great store.

Nothing about this store is outlet. I found better deals at another roots store which was not even an outlet. It’s just another regular store. Not outlet.

Always something to buy when you're here. There's great deals on items that are a couple of seasons older but fashion always recycles itself. The two sweaters were $20 each. Just be prepared to dig through everything to find what you can.

The place is nice, it is big and super clean and very good organized, BUT it is not an outlet store, it has very limited quantity of clothes on sale, the sales are the same price in other stores. The store representative was friendly and helpful

Tad disappointed in having merchandise untagged and waited 2 hours to get a price only to not be offered discount as it was the last wallet within roots!

Best place if you are looking variety in roots, massive store with lots of selection in winter clothes. Staff is quite helpful and friendly too.
