We recently purchased a mattress and base at the Stockyards location. Rifaq assisted us with our purchase. He was courteous and helpful and immediately recognized us when we returned to purchase another item. He was so responsive and supportive in addressing a delivery time requirement. My thanks also to the delivery team who kindlyaccommodated the request! An excellent experience all around! Thank you again, Rifaq! Would definitely return!

Over the past decade, I have bought numerous mattresses, from this specific store at The Stockyards, (at least 5 mattress/box spring sets) and I have always had the most positive experience with sales staff and with their professionalism. The latest mattress/box spring set I ordered was exactly what was discussed and needed for our summer retreat. The entire process and order was all done seamlessly over the phone. Delivery was safe and met all COVID safety protocols. Thank you!

I had to exchange a mattress and the customer service provided by both Carlos and Adam at the Stockyards location was excellent. They took their time helping me find the right mattress for my finicky back and found me a great price for the upgrade as well.

We bought a Simba 5000 from another Sleep Country location during Black Friday and decided it wasn't right for us, so went to this location to exchange. Carlos was very helpful in directing us to a replacement that we loved. When it came to discussing pricing, he insisted on making sure we still got a banging deal (in fact, we ended up paying less in the end). We're really appreciative of the great service and it's for this reason why I'll keep coming back to Sleep Country.

Gavin is awesome! Beyond a sales person, as he becomes almost like a friend! Very helpful , definitely does not judge you based on your appearance. He knows what he’s talking about. Excellent product knowledge and will direct you to exactly what you are looking for. He has patience and definitely does not hover over you while you are testing out the mattresses. Definitely recommend him and this location if you are looking for a mattress!

Had a fantastic experience dealing with Gavin at the sleep country store stock yards. Called looking for some king bedding he was super knowledgeable .He suggested the best value in the Egyptian sheets we absolutely love them .I paid for them and curbside picked up within the hour so smooth and easy. We are yet to provide a review for our mattress as it is too early to give one. However, I would definitely like to post a review for our sales person (Carlos). He had been very much kind and helpful in providing us technical details about the product and giving his honest opinion about what mattress we should go for based on our requirements. Moreover, he was very much flexible and went an extra mile in helping us changing our mattress delivery dates at last minute.

Great sales and a very very polite employee who helped my wife and I. One thing that made me respect the worker is , he corrected himself when he saw my wife and called her a He" and she is a woman. It was so respectful and sweet. Other than that we made a great purchase. Bed is so comfy and he made sure we followed Covid guidelines."
