My vehicle was having trouble starting up and I was stuck at a parking lot, I called Halton Roadside Assistance and a Tow Truck Driver by the name of Colin showed up within 20 minutes, Colin was very polite and he helped me charge the battery to see if that was the problem the car didn't start and he towed my car!I would highly recommend, great customer service, good price and this company does there best to show up at a great time!Thank you!

Had the pleasure of meeting Mark during my hour of need. Probably one of the nicest and down to earth tow-truck drivers I’ve encountered. Mark went above and beyond during the service, he got my vehicle to the desired location and got me closer to home than I would have originally been (with respect to his route). Will came over to help tow a Tesla model x to the service center. The car was completely dead, no way to remove the charging cable or access the car through doors etc. Will was patient, willing to help…After about 15 minutes or so, the call was cancelled and Will as well as their reception staff was very courteous about it. recommend Will and this company.

Great service! Very prompt and very friendly. And followed up every step of the way to make sure car was good and everything was appropriately addressed. Towed car without hassle and communicated at each point via phone and text. Excellent human touch!

I needed two of my bikes to go to a shop for some repairs. Driver Will came and strapped the bikes down correctly and I was so satisfied with his knowledge of bikes and the use of his truck. Made me feel comfortable with my babies being on his truck.

These guys are great. Needed to get my classic 1965 C10 flatbed hauled to the shop. They showed up exactly when they said they would, took great care of my truck like it was their own. The truck is lowered and they went out of their way to make sure no dragging to get it on the bed. I highly recommend this Company. Great people.

I accidently locked my keys in my car on a sweltering hot day. Brandon from Roadside Assistance arrived within 20 minutes and opened my door in probably less than 1 minute! He was courteous, kind and professional. So grateful for this service and will use them again in the future - thanks for saving me!

I had lost my keys and my car that I just recently bought stayed in an empty, unsupervised location. I was eager to get it out, and Will delivered the service in a very timely manner and professionally. Fingers crossed this does not happen again, but if it does I’m very confident with who I will call.
