DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

If I could have given 0 stars I would. Went in to purchase some new shoes, great stock selection and brands. The miss is for the disgusting bathrooms that seemed to have not been cleaned in days. Used the restroom to find out there was no toilet paper at all, couldn’t even purchase anything afterwards as I had to head home due to no toilet paper and had to wash up. There was also only one or maybe two staff members that I saw and for a store that big you’d think they’d have more. I wont be going back unfortunately.

Staff was nice. Disappointed couldn't find extra wide in women's wear. Not everyone has dainty feet. Some people have feet issues.

As usual was very satisfied with my shopping. Two of my grandsons found the sneakers of their dreams for the upcoming school year. I found a wonderful pair of sandals in the discount section and just could not leave them there. Also took a chance on a pair of snow boots that were final sale for another grandson and he loves them. Another positive experience.

Sale prices are reasonable. Regular prices are quite high (but I think they have regular sales). A lot of selection. I like that you can buy online and return in store.

Non inclusive sizing. Only misogynistic shoes available for women with wider feet. Do better. If you have bigger feet and need comfortable shoes, don’t come here.

Shame on you DSW!!I bought two pairs of sneakers less than a month ago at the Moncton location. On one pair, the sole had begun separating from the shoe. It is a manufacturing defect that one would expect would qualify for a direct replacement as it has been less than a month since purchase. I went to the store and spoke with a sales team member, and to my suprise and disappointment they would not replace the sneakers. The sneakers have been lightly used and are very clean. They did offer a repair service which would take approximately two weeks, however I am from Nova Scotia here visiting my mother for a few days.Shame on you DSW! Stores like sports Chek, Cleaves, Mark's would have replaced or offered an equal value replacement with no questions asked. I am very dissatisfied with my experience at DSW. I will not be a returning customer.0/5 stars
