Awful management, poor respect for employees, lack of communication, and they will fire you with no warning if you can’t keep up with Insane demands. spend a year working for them and it pushed me to near suicide from stress. DONT WALK RUN!!!!

I work at Xello so I'm writing this from an employee perspective. In my almost 20-year career Xello has been my best overall work experience. It has a clear and benevolent mission. It's founders are accessible, honest and hardworking. The company is on strong financial footing. And my direct supervisor is supportive, empathetic and a great coach. As anywhere, we have good and bad days, but the good ones strongly outweigh the others. Oh, and our clients are wonderful too.
